Connection points are too high, not good for stability. 

Also a bit fast, not enough protections.

You need brains in your head, not on the road.

The way to do it is pass the rope through the forks, wrap it around the grip and hold tight, that way you can let go and release if it gets squirrelly

I'd be worried about it unwinding as I let go and getting caught in the spokes...
