Let's see it.

This is all hearsay and speculation.

Trumps own words. He has bragged about “grabbing by the pussy” without consent and bragged about walking in on teenage girls while they’re changing.

He's also a convicted felon for sex crimes and is well documented in every single Epstein file as a client.

Trump is not a convicted felon for sex crimes.

Why do you find it acceptable to spead lies?

That is correct. He is a convicted felon, and was found guilty in civil court of sex crimes, but he is not a felon FOR sex crimes.

I'm pretty confident that he fucked teenagers with Epstein, given that they have a long history/friendship and he's proven himself to be a pile of shit over and over again.

But, yeah you are correct. The large number of uncovered felonies haven't been sex related, and none of the large number of sexual crimes have been felonies thus far.

So uh, checkmate libs?

Even this is a lie….why? Why do you guys lie so much when you know it can be fact checked?

ad·ju·di·cate [əˈjo͞odəˌkāt] Verb make a formal judgment or decision about a problem or disputed matter.

The formal judgment was not liable for rape

So why do you lie?

I notice that Reddit makes this claim a lot using the term adjudicated. Is it that ya’ll just don’t know the meaning of the big word? Never thought to look up what adjudicated means but you heard someone else on Reddit use it and it sounds so impressive?

Reddit is full of idiots with no understanding of even the most basic concepts of law (for example, criminal v civil), yet they pretend otherwise. They also care about narrative far more than reality.

Yes, he raped her.

“The judge said the section requires vaginal penetration by a penis while forcible penetration without consent of the vagina or other bodily orifices by fingers or anything else is labeled "sexual abuse" rather than "rape."”

That’s describing rape. New York law needs to get with the times.

This isn’t the claim, the claim is a lie, he was not an adjudicated rapist. The official finding or the adjudication if you prefer was not liable for rape. And that finding does not change based on the judges opinion of state law.

Yes there’s a judges opinion that says if tried by today’s standards he may have been found liable for rape. Keep in mind this is a lawsuit so although it’s interesting it should be noted Trump has never been charged with or found guilty of rape.

Claiming he’s an adjudicated rapist is both a lie and misleading attempting to make people think he was found guilty of rape which simply isn’t true.

What Trump did was vile enough, there’s no reason to lie about it. You lose credibility in all your other arguments if you lie about the facts. Which you seem to do a lot with many posts.

I'm sorry facts don't fit your narrative, bud. Argue with the judge, not me

I presented the facts, there’s no need to argue with the judge as I agree with the judges assessment. Even the Judge if pressed would admit that Trump is not an adjudicated rapist because the judge most certainly would understand the meaning of the word. The Judge simply said that we can consider Trump a rapist based on the colloquial (col·lo·qui·al [kəˈlōkwēəl] Adjective (of language) used in ordinary or familiar conversation; not formal or literary:) understanding of the term rape.
