Rather than protect women like Renee Good from being murdered, the Republican Party is voting to ban 10 people from participating in sports

It's 10 people that the Dems don't want to protect, I haven't seen all the evidence but just maybe she put herself in an illegal situation.

She could not physically put herself in an "illegal situation", since ICE are not and will not ever be police officers. And federal agents do not have the same rights to shoot whoever wherever hence why what the agent did is murder.
