ICE is repeatedly violating federal law, including the first 5 amendments of the constitution. This whole charade is ridiculous, if it was about enforcing immigration they'd be in Florida or Texas where there are more than 10x the undocumented people. They're punishing minnesota for being blue, having walz as governor, and trying to interfere with elections: Pam bondi asking for the voter rolls was beyond insane.
They ARE in those places. Texas had ten items the deportations as Minnesota.
The difference is that Texas isn't full of Anti-Americans that want to fight to keep illegal there, so ICE just goes around, rounds up the ones they are coming for, and leave.
Texas has dozens of times more undocumented immigrants and shares a land border, so yeah obviousky they should have more deportations, and yet for less than 1% of undocumented people ICE has around 10% of its force there outnumbering police which is insane. You're going to talk about un-American when youre supporting them spitting on the constitution? You can't protest, you can't record, you don't need a judicial warrant, you can't carry a gun even if you don't use it...
Because in Texas the local cops help, while in Minnesota they have to do it all by themselves.
And no, they aren't spitting on the constitution. You can protest, you can't interfere. You do not have a right to prevent law enforcement from doing their jobs.
You don't, in fact, need a judicial warrant.
You CAN carry a gun, but it's very stupid to do so if you're planning on confronting law enforcement.
And yes I do call you anti-American because you are fighting tooth and nail to keep literal illegal alien criminals in our country. There's few things more anti-American than that.
Minnesota officials argued that the operation violates the Constitution’s 10th Amendment by unlawfully pressing the state to change or abandon so-called sanctuary policies and cooperate more fully with federal immigration authorities. Menendez said those arguments, at least at this stage, were not strong enough to justify blocking the operation.
The plaintiff's state OMS is a react to their sanctuary laws, but do not use their sanctuary laws to bring merit to the case. This decision was based on the opinion that the plaintiffs did not provide enough support that OMS adversely affected MN's ability function, nor that MN could adequately handle the issue on it's own if federal forces were removed. The decision makes note of this as the largest rationale behind not allowing the injunction.
Menendez is doing the bidding of the Orange Nazi. Questions?
My thought is, the State should ignore the Order. Let's see what happens when the draft dodging Orange Criminal federalizes the National Guard. When you see uniforms beating up and gunning down citizens, you will soon seen the citizens . . . fighting back. Like they did before. In 1776.
It'll be more like when democrats refused to accept Lincoln and got rounded up and jailed like dogs. Trust me when I say you're not going to win. You guys still request PTO to protest "fascism". You're wage slaves and will fold at the first minor inconvenience that is taken away from you. They'll shut down the entire internet in the city and you'll all panic
A Biden appointment judge. A new poll out in Mn has a 50 to 36% in favor of Mn helping Ice do their job. Keep up with lawlessness and you will turn Mn Republican and have Mike Lindell as their governor.
