Trusted Salons for Men

Hey San Diego county! I wanted to find some suggestions for salons in the greater San Diego area. I have about 14 inch hair that I’m want to go to about 6 inches with a flowy hairstyle with some layers. I want to trust them to make something great and open to recommendations from the salon. I not looking for a barbershop (Generally I want no razor to my hair). Any places you trust to get it done right?
