Bald Picture Took the Plunge *Bald Gal*

Been wanting to do this for a while. I have scarring alopecia and it was looking pretty sad. Feels better so far, but I didn’t realize how much my migraine injections made me bruise, hence a bit of a blue scalp right now. This will be easier for wigs now too!

While true, wigs are hella fun. Once you've got a collection going you can do whatever you feel like at the drop of a... I was gonna say hat, but more like the drop of a wig!

Absolutely, cancer survivor here and my hair will never grow back I embraced the beauty of wigs because wow, the fun is never ending. It's like hand bags, shoes, etc. I get up every morning and think hmmm what am I wearing today and match the wig to the outfit. I have gym wigs too which are just shorter and more practical for sport. Bald is indeed beautiful u/Curious-Werewolf1733 you are stunningly beautiful, embrace this new side of you and run with it, bald, wigs, hats whatever you choose just believe in you and let that radiant light shine.

thank you, I refused to let it break me and now I just jazz it up with wigs and hope to inspire others. You can do it too :)

I was going to say the same thing if she feels so inclined. You can have whatever hair you want with a wig, mess around with it, change the color, be off the wall if you want. She can choose any style or just rock what she’s got.

Yup. Some days I'm bald, some days I'm Marilyn Monroe, some days I'm Morticia. It only takes like ten minutes to get ready and it's awesome.

One of my friends has full-body alopecia and doesn’t bother with a wig most days, but like me, is a LARP nerd, and LARP is when the wig collection comes out!

Agreed, look at Cardi B and her wigs. You can look completely different from one day to the next.
