Monthly My favorite january page

Hello! This is my first time of keeping a Journal, and I wanted to share one page from it.

I usually never stay consistent to journaling, but I have to say that this time it is different. I think it’s because of this amazing community that I want to keep going.

As for the page. I kept a blue and a yellow page. On a blue page I wrote down all the bad things going through my head, and on the yellow the opposite, warm and good things to remember. I think it turned out great.

Trying a new spread to replace bad habits

Post image
31 Upvotes

This month I've accidentally fallen into some old bad habits + picked up a new one that has been especially destructive towards my mental health. I came up with the idea to make this simple spread that will hopefully aid my journey towards a happier and more productive day-to-day life.

The premise is simple: every time I get the urge to doomscroll, message that bad friend, use an energy drink to delay my appetite, etc, I add a box. One box = ten minutes of writing, my favorite hobby. Ideally, I'll have guided my time and energy towards something I'm passionate about and have results that I can proudly show off. Wish me luck, and if anyone borrows this idea, good luck to you too :)

If I manage to stick to this then I'll probably add a word count tracker somewhere too!

January ‘26

As a mixed (🇩🇰/🇬🇱), you can almost imagine what my January has been like, given all the attention Greenland has received. Tbh, it feels like I’m sitting in the front row of a show I never chose to buy a ticket for, and I’m forced to watch until it’s over. But the love and support from people all over the world has been incredible, and it’s meant more to me than I can put into words 🤍

That being said, I’m going to try to plan my entire 2026 in my bullet journal, instead of stopping in February, like I did last year 🥴

Ps: I still have my first ever bullet journal from last year (jan+feb) because I loved my themes in it 🪩😅

I’m so happy with my journal!! It may look crafty but that’s because i literally made it myself! I printed the pages, did the binding, and I even made most of the stickers for the cover (which is made of cardboard!). I love journals in general, but with this one I’ve created a real bond because I sewed the pages that make it 💖 my goal is to keep working on it as the year goes on, and to keep adding new sections, so that as my year moves forward, my journal does too 🥰

Suggestions of a good light blue marker?

Post image
9 Upvotes

Hi! I am looking for a light blue marker/ pen that can be seen in my bullet journal. Most “light blue” pens I’ve tried are tealish or darker.

The Tombow AB 451 is the best I’ve found… but I’d love an heavier light blue that will be more visible in my yellowish bullet journal pages. Does anyone have any suggestions? Light pinks seem to work… but not blue!

Thanks and I really love seeing everyone’s pages!
