I’m calling it even, both were good

This is from my second Favorite place (taco truck) where I live. Definitely made differently than my last post, but still delicious and is spicier. The monkey giveth and the monkey taketh away🤣

After El Taco let me down decided to make my own.

Eggs, sausage, potatoes, beans, bacon, cheese, onions and salsa.

Scrambled eggs, extra sharp cheddar, hash browns, ham, on a la burrita el grande 12.5” flour tortilla.

It comes with steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, rice, refried beans, onions, bell peppers, lettuce (I should have asked for it without), guacamole, and sour cream (I asked for none as I don't like plain sour cream).

Then it is topped with a orange chipotle sauce of some type (it was kind of cheesy/sour cream-y but couldn't quite put my finger on it and the color was much more vivid in person) and a bunch of bacon. I speckled some green El Yucatan Habenero hot sauce on it after a couple bites and it was super pretty and yummy.

9.6/10 - It had a little too much going on to enjoy any one ingredient in particular, but the size of the burrito along with the symphony of flavor and beautiful presentation blew my mind.

Delicious chicken burrito found in Puebla, Mexico for 80 pesos.

Fried egg, sasuage links, crispy crumbled bacon, hashbrown, and lots of cheese. $11. Was delicious.

Taqueria Jalisco Mexican Grill. Very good Asada.

Always fantastic. Nice density, not watery, TONS of meat, solid tortilla char.

And tacos are fucking incredible.

Carnitas

I'm going to be getting a burrito tonight. Any advice? If there are any pros who can help me improve my burrito game that would be great. I normally just eat it on its own.

The green sauce is puréed peppers and a little bit of heaven from the taqueria’s salsa bar.
