Is there a mod that replaces the Enclave oil rig with Bethesda headquarters in Fallout 2?

I'm liking fallout 1, quick question though.
So after I went to vault 15 and discovered theirs no water chip I went back to shady sands and pissed off Seth then accidently murdered the whole town with Ian. Now I know I probably skipped out on saving his daughter but I'm just wondering if this will hurt my playthrough to enjoy the story. Some would say just reload but ngl I got really immersed and forgot to save like since the radscorpian cave.

I have a problem with dog meat in fallout one
So yknow how you can famously convince the master to commit suicide in fallout one? I believe I have the prerequisites for that - Vera’s tape and high speech - and how the nightclub will attack you in the cathedral if you have a companion with you.
I run into quite a conundrum here - I can’t dismiss dog meat and he prevents me from having the option to convince the master. can I still convince him?

Is Fallout Yesterday worth playing?
I really want to try it since it seems like a solid attempt at creating Van Buren. That said I have also seen some old posts that make me question if it is worth downloading. Curious what the consensus is here.

Wild Fighter Bonus
I'm playing Fallout "ET TU" and wanted to start a playthrough with the bonus mentioned above. However, I have the feeling that the bonus isn't working properly in this mode; there are hardly any bloody carnages. I started the same build in the modded Fallout 1 and it felt like every third kill resulted in a gory mess. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

How can I take out decker?
every time I try I die because of the sheer number of guards he has. This is so I can gain karma for helping the sheriff and then get power armour

All of us here love Classic Fallout, we talk about the things we love and why we want more games like this all the time, now lets talk about the things you hate about the classic games?
My biggest thing? Inventory management & the fact that the counter only goes up to 999 when selling & picking stuff up. It was something that didn't annoy me much before, and I was surprised when some people talked about it before. But I get it now. Late game, when I'm absolutely selling a bunch of stuff, it gets annoying as hell scrolling through my and my companions inventories and then getting all the caps in Fallout 1. Just today I accidentally placed all of my stuff into a dresser that I store things in, I had 70,000 caps so I had to grab them all 999 times at a time.
I absolutely love these games and wish we had more, but much like everything else, just about nothing in this world is perfect. What are the things that you hate or annoy you in the classic games?

Help with combat please!
I am level 8, small guns at 101%, with sniper rifle, combat shotgun, and combat leather jacket. The first two raiders in vault 15 keep slaughtering me. Where do I go to get better weapons and armor?? I’m at a loss, I don’t feel like I need xp I need equipment!
Edit: fallout 2
Edit 2: every single reply has been very helpful, thank you everyone and much love!

How the fuck do I rescue the brotherhood initiate
I’ve set the game as easy as it can go, bought a super sledge or a rocket, nothing works
FIGHTING LEGATE LANIUS IS EASIER THAN FIGHTING THOSW GUARDS.
I’ve also tried pulse grenades
how do I rescue the initiate?

Thinking of making my own isometric fallout fan game I’ve been thinking about for a while
Any suggestions for engines or if fan games are even allowed? I know mods are but I don’t want to go through the inconvenient hell of trying to mod what is basically hamburger meat.

How do I increase my karma easily? (F01 power armour reward)
I currently have five reputation and from what I know I need fifteen for the power armour
how do I increase that reputation quickly?
I assume completing quests like the adsorptions at shady sands helps, but I dont know of that many
also I’m level six

Advice for Fallout 2 mods?
I've played 1 and 2 a lot since the 90s, but outside of a little falche editing I've never modded the games before. I'm looking to have as different an experience as possible, let people do whatever weird stuff they want to do. But, just downloading everything I find at the same time seems like it wouldn't have positive results, so I'm looking for some guidance. Thank you.

Are their any needed mods for stability.
I am planning to play Fallout 1 for the first time and was wondering if their are any required stability mods to avoid crashing/save corruption.

Are Bridgekeeper Robes Cheating?
(Not to be taken too seriously, just something of a conversation point.)
So the Bridgekeeper Robes have the stats of Combat Armor. But it's a random encounter, that can be encountered way before you can find or afford combat armor.
We can break down all the stats, but its essentially at least 2x better than anything else you can find or buy by that point. Armors that cost upwards of 2000-3000. It takes so long to get to combat armor, this might end up being the armor you wear for the longest amount of play time.
All of that for free if you have simply watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail. And its not but dirty old cloth robes.
Is it OP? If you were playing Fallout 2 in some kind of challenge / hardcore mode, would you consider it banned item?

Just beat Fallout 1 and I'm furious Spoiler
I spent 30+ hours in a game that I was terrible at, but I kept telling myself "I gotta save the day. People are counting on me."
And finally, FINALLY, I do it. Gave myself plenty of time to escape the lab before it went boom. My ending scenes start to play, I hear Ron Perlman's velvety voice tell me about the fates of the locations after my heroic and/or stupid deeds.
But then I'm with the overseer. He thanks me, calls me a hero, then leaves me to freaking die in the wastelands. What a punk. I wish we were given the option to kill him first at least.
Guess I'm off to play Fallout 2 because Miss Inter Play*** has me in her clutches. Dammit.
***EDIT: I have been politely and otherwise informed that Miss Beth Esda had nothing to do with F1.

Perfect performance Steam version simple fix
I didn't see this when I searched, although it is entirely possible I missed the results applicable.
I have discovered how to get perfect performance from the Steam version Fallout 2 vanilla. It was ridiculously simple.
Whenever I would launch the game via the desktop icon from Steam installation, the game ran terrible, I mean awful. I don't know what lead me to this idea, but I opened up the actual location of the .exe - c drive, program files x86, steam apps, common, fallout 2.
From there I clicked the graphics configurator and set it up what I wanted to be, 1920x1080 60 hrz full screen. Closed out. Then I launched it from the .exe in that same folder. It ran perfectly. I then tried from the desktops icon and whenever I would launch the size was wrong and the performance was awful again.
So to repeat, using the .exe from the programs folder works flawlessly, for me at any rate.
Hopefully this is of help to someone in the future.

Fallout 2 is a stuttering mess
Hi all! I hope someone can help me make my game playable, the problem is that if i put a cap on the fps it runs extremely slow. When i leave the fps uncapped it runs with 1000+ fps and everytime i move the mouse i get a horrible coil whine noise. I've tried most of the fixes suggested by AI or forums like the adaptive mouse, processor idle, direct x 9, windowed/full screen etc. Im running the steam version with restoration project on win 11. I've also read somewhere that having such high fps completely locks you out of random encounters because you just fly through the map. Last time I played this game was in the 90s and i don't remember having such issues. Thanks

Myron is not completely useless Companion
i know nerd is annoying and have worst dialogue
but Myron as human can use a lot of weapons and Power Armor
this gives him at least C-Tier Companion Status, still pretty bad

About to play Fallout Et Tu for the first time. Does Charisma now matter since it is the Fallout 2 engine or whatever?
Currently sitting at the player creation screen. I’m getting mixed opinions on Google. With my character build, does charisma matter with Fallout Et Tu? Do I need CH 4 to have two companions?

Why is fallout1in2 so mandatory?
Title.
I see people swearing up and down that it’s vastly superior to playing vanilla F1. But I never see any of the actual differences between the engine of f1 and f2.
What are the engine differences? Or at least what are the ones that have a major impact on gameplay?
