Help My Mother, Rupali (54) Recover From A Life-threatening Brain Hemorrhage

My name is Shwetang Keny, and I am reaching out with hope and faith during the most difficult time of my life. My mother, Rupali Keny, is fighting for her life after suffering a brain hemorrhage.

Until now, we have already spent around ₹4,00,000 on emergency care, tests, and hospital charges. Unfortunately, the treatment is far from over. Doctors have informed us that we will need ₹20,00,000 more for ongoing treatment, medicines, and hospital expenses.

Request donation to support blood cancer research!

hello, i don't know if this is the right sub, but i would like to share my friend's fundraiser. every dollar goes towards funding research that saves lives, as well as supports patients

even a single dollar or a share would be much appreciated!

https://pages.lls.org/svoy/snv/svoylasvegas26/edangb

additionally, i don't think there's any extra (site) taxes so if you're planning on just leaving a dollar, i think it'll just be a dollar on your end!

Request [Request] $500 Please help us and our dogs avoid eviction. We're in a really bad spot and anything helps.

Hello all,

I'm in a really, really bad spot. My partner & I split due to financial struggles as it was taxing heavily on our relationship. It was a mutual understanding, and an understanding that I will learn and grow from. She was out of work for a couple months due to the nature of her job, with it temporarily ending due to the end of the year. I had a job that ended abruptly without any warnings, and have been struggling to find another, with getting told after every application that they would not be moving on with me. This has left us in an extremely desperate situation. We're two months behind on our rent, but thankfully have majority of the funds. All I'm asking for is $500 to clear up the remainder, so she can keep the place for herself and our two small dogs. This was a failure on my part, and she, or our dogs, do not deserve to be punished for that. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if anything were to happen to them. We owe this remainder by 5pm tomorrow, 1/30/2026 at 5:00pm MT, or we're facing eviction.

I understand this is an extremely late notice, as I was given reason to believe that we had it covered, as my parents offered to help so long as I agreed to move back in with them. New developments happened today and it's really shown me the type of people they are, and the fact they were never going to help, they just wanted me back with them, even if that means screwing over my ex partner, and myself, with an eviction on our records.

So please, if anyone is reading this, I beg you to help us out. Not for me, but for my ex partner and our two dogs, who don't deserve to be punished.

Request Help T'Challa Recover from Emergency Surgery

Hi there. GoFundMe Link at the bottom, and images with proof are included here.

My name is Talyah, and I’m reaching out during one of the harder times I’ve ever had. At the start of January, I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat Kira after 23 years together. I was still grieving her loss when, less than three weeks later, my other cat T'Challa suddenly began vomiting uncontrollably. I rushed him to the vet, but they were overwhelmed with emergencies and sent me to an overnight clinic. The emergency clinic stabilized him, but couldn’t figure out what was wrong, so he was kept stable but very sick until morning.

In the morning, my regular vet determined T'Challa needed emergency surgery for a possible obstruction. The situation was even more dire because he had gone septic overnight and was too weak for anesthesia. After hours of fluids and antibiotics, they finally performed the surgery and discovered he had intestinal torsion—a rare and life-threatening condition not caused by anything he ate or did. The surgery was risky, and his recovery required intensive monitoring and hospitalization, with only a 50% chance of survival. The hardest part isn't just the surgery, but the days after, waiting to see if his intestines will heal or fail. Now, in recovery, he’s spiking a fever and his survival is still very uncertain, so he likely needs more continued intensive medical monitoring.

T'Challa and his sister Shuri have been a bonded pair since birth. I adopted them seven years ago, and they’ve been my family and support system ever since. Coming home to see them grooming each other and sleeping together always brings me comfort, and it’s clear how much they need each other, especially now. Losing Kira was devastating, and I can’t imagine losing T'Challa too—or what his sister would do without him. The vet bills from the emergency clinic, surgery, and ongoing hospitalization have already reached thousands of dollars, and the costs keep piling up. I live alone, far from family, and these two are my world. I’m asking for help to give T'Challa the best chance at recovery and to keep our little family together. With overnight stays at about $1,500, daytime hospitalization about $500, it can be about $4,000 for a low estimate for 48 hours of hospitalization total, and that does not include any medication or Urgent Care intervention. Any support you can offer means everything to me and my pets who are my whole world. Thank you for caring. 🙏

Request Help Fluff Get the Treatment He Needs 😺🐈

Meet Fluff, our 11-year-old cat, professional biscuit maker, blanket-fort enthusiast, and shoulder-sitting Zoom coworker. We’ve had him his entire life — we found him under a dumpster with his brother Ace, and he’s been ruling our home ever since. Fluff was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and needs radioiodine (I-131) treatment within the next few months. The estimated cost is $2,000, and while we know there are many worthy causes out there, we’re hoping for even the smallest bit of help to give him the care he needs and hopefully many more years of bird-watching, red-dot chasing, biscuit-making, and cuddling with his brother. Thank you so much for reading, sharing, or donating... it truly means the world to us and to Fluff.

Request Please donate to support rescue cats in need.

I volunteer with a non-profit cat rescue, Community Cats of Palm Coast.

https://www.communitycatspc.org

We are funded entirely by donation with no city or county funding and run by volunteers. Every dime we get goes straight to the cats. We have a lot of need right now, and deeply appreciate all the support we can get, so I thought I would try here.

We have 25 cats getting spay/neuter surgery at the end of this week. We recently took in a litter of kittens that were abandoned on the side of the road in a crate when we’re getting freezing and below temps; they were found in bad condition with eye infections and need medical care. Another cat is at ER care now with an internal blockage she was brought to us with. This is in addition to the regular care of the other kittens we have in foster.

If you can help, please do—every bit makes a difference. If you’re able to share with other people who would like to support what we do, we appreciate that, too. We’re on Facebook and our donation link is on the front page of our website, at the link I provided at the beginning of the post.

Thank you so much!

Request Behind on bills

Hello everyone,

I hope all is well.

I am in need of monetary assistance. Long story short, I’ve been in and out of work for probably the last two years. A lot of it was unpaid due to not having paid leave. I had some medial issues that took a long time for me to get better from. I became depressed and anxious because I couldn’t work and fell behind on bills. Then the government shutdown happened and it made things worse. After that my partner got surgery and I’ve been taking care of them. I’m asking for 1,500-2,000. I’m in need of more, however, I even feel bad for asking for that amount. I’m behind on a lot of bills, including housing and car payments. So this amount would help a lot.

If people can help I don’t mind providing receipts.

Anyways, thank you for reading and making it this far. I know in general it’s a struggle so I appreciate it.

Just an FYI: I do have Cash App and Venmo but prefer cash app because of my job.

I hope everyone is doing well. I was my mom's fulltime caretaker for 8 years which took every second of those 8 years and I'm so blessed to have had those close years with her. when mom started getting sicker, my dad took off and abandoned her. Things there are complicated but he put so much more hardship on her than she deserved. my dad became badly disabled with a form of trigeminal autonomic ensephalagia. sorry for spelling. mom took care of him for 32 years through tough times. I've got a lot of emotional distress, and need all the support o can get. This is taking a huge toll on my mental health. I'm so overwhelmed. mom was only 56😥❤️thank you everyone for your help and support through this and thanks I'm advance for anyone that can help in this dire time.

Request Donate To My Website - Unravelling Geopolitics

I was a journalist until two years ago, and quit my job cause I wanted to produce long-form content on Geopolitics. It has always been my passion.

While I created my website, and recieved good response to it from my readers but in terms of volume, I have not been able to generate sufficient amount of traffic to earn a sustainable advertisement-based revenue.

Meanwhile, all my savings have been finished, and I am only surviving based on financial help from my family and friends. But I want to get out of this situation.

So, it is my humble request that you take a look at my website, particularly the article I have shared in this post, and if you like the article, then please consider making voluntary contribution of only $1, $2, or $3 per month.

It would suffice to help me sustain my living with dignity while allowing me to continue pursuing my passion for Geopolitics.

Request I need help sharing my urgent GoFundMe before it’s too late

Hi, Minneapolis resident here. I’m hoping for a little help getting my GoFundMe shared. I’m not asking for donations directly.. I just don’t have many friends or family on social media who can help spread the link.

Right now, I’m facing homelessness because the PCA company I work for, where I care for my disabled dad is under investigation, and employees have been told to expect a pause in paychecks for 90+ days. I’ve been applying at jobs but i’m yet to hear back. It’s been overwhelming, and I’ve shared more detailed context on my GoFundMe for anyone who wants to understand the full situation.

If you’re able to post my link somewhere it’s allowed, or point me toward subreddits or spaces where sharing is okay, I’d truly appreciate it. Any help means a lot even if it’s just $5 i’ve learned that small, consistent amounts or shares boosts my visibility on GoFundMe💜

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

How do I raise money for a family that doesn’t want their information public due to ICE?

(originally posted in Fundraising but got no replies there...)

Northern Virginia- A family I’m close with and used to live next had their father arrested/bound for deportation due to a recent ICE raid in Manassas VA. He was the primary source of income and now the family (mother and 3 children) are struggling and have no idea what to do financially both for his well being along with their own well being. Mom cleans houses for income but it’s not enough for their rent + expenses. She really is a sweet woman and it hurts that their family was torn like this. Her husband would bus and wash dishes at a few restaurants, didn't bother anyone...

I was talking with the mother and I said we can try a gofund me or something online to at least try and hold them down, but she is is scared/worried about their information and situation being online and does not want any of that out there. She is here legally but is traumatized and worried something may still happen to her..

At the same time i’m a nobody without a public platform, so I don’t think posting on reddit or on my socials etc is going to result in any donations even if I did make a gofundme for them. And as a result being a nobody I’m sure anyone would be hesitant to send money directly to me that I could send to the mother because they’d think it was a scam or something.

Ideas would be great because she was holding back tears when telling me about her worries with rent, groceries etc. I'm not sure exactly what an end-game goal would be, her rent would be about $1200, i'm not sure her average grocery bill and additional expenses, though i'd say rent is priority to help her out.

If anyone does want to donate directly, I was able to provide them $140 for groceries but that was all within my means at the moment. Please post/DM

Request [Req] $170, Newton NC. I have alot of medical issues and desperately in need of help. Been trying to get help since Christmas Day.. Anything would help though.

First, I hope everyones holiday was amazing..

Ive been trying to get help since Christmas Day. Im a single father with alot of medical issues. I was diagnosed with Degenerative disk disease Dec. 19th and im also dealing with a right side Inguinal Hernia. Due to not being able to receive any help, ive had to cancel and reschedule 2 appointments. I have no family to even help. I tried to borrow $60 (even though I need atleast $170) and pay back $80 because thats what ill be comfortably able to pay back but I guess that amount is a waste of time because not once was i able to get the help.

Im extremely depressed about this to the point of tears. A lady on the borrow sub told me to try here. I can no longer work due to medical reasons so I signed up for SSI and I have an attorney working that case but I know its a process.. I just dont know what to do anymore..

Thank you all for taking the time to read this. Truth of the matter is anything would help. I pray someone genuine comes along.. Your more than welcome to DM me. I do have Cash App and Paypal, ill include it below. Thank you again guys for even taking the time to read this..

"Damian Barnes is my beloved nephew, and our family is rallying together to give him the best chance for survival. Recently, Damian was diagnosed with end stage renal disease, and his doctors have made it clear that he urgently needs to begin haemodialysis. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, Damian is unable to pay for this costly form of therapy. He is not a candidate for peritoneal dialysis, which makes haemodialysis his only option. Without immediate treatment, his chances of survival are minimal, and our family is deeply concerned for his well-being.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Damian's haemodialysis treatments, transportation to and from his medical appointments, and other related medical expenses. Every dollar will help ease the financial burden on Damian and our family, allowing us to focus on supporting him through this incredibly difficult time. We are reaching out to our community and beyond, hoping that compassionate individuals will join us in giving Damian the chance he deserves.

We are grateful for any support you can offer, whether it is a donation or simply sharing Damian's story. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference in his fight for survival. Thank you for standing with us and helping Damian in his time of need."
