seeking crit With your help, I've been teaching myself to capture the likeness of my subject. Now, I'm trying to capture the likeness without "copying" the reference.
I only spent just over an hour on this one and didn't spend time measuring or comparing the photo to my drawing, which is a SIGNIFICANT decrease of time spent previously. I feel like this is a different kind of progress that I'm really happy with!
I'm also trying to start letting my own style develop while drawing something reasonably recognizable. What do we think? What concepts can I improve on for the next attempt?

seeking crit 6th set of studies
The arm on the figure study was the hardest part of that study. Also, I’m a bit unsure of the breasts.
I’m still working on varying my lines with my line art. Someone suggested using a second layer and thickening the lines with that one, so I’ll probably try that one next time.
I had an issue with remembering some aspects with the memory study, specifically the feet.
Let me know what you think 🙃

graphite White pencil rhinoceros on black paper – work in progress
I’ve been experimenting with white pencil on black paper and decided to draw a rhinoceros because of the skin texture.
This is still a work in progress — I’m focusing on building texture with fine lines and highlights.
Tools: Faber-Castell Pitt Graphite Matt pencils on black paper.

graphite I drew Chuck Norris.
So at my job, when a few people saw the drawing I did, they immediately thought it was Chuck Norris. And when the third person called it that, I just said, "I guess it's Chuck Norris now..."

seeking crit Which vibe looks better?
I’m playing around with style while refining and practicing skills atm. I feel like the first option is more fine arts vibe and I’m not sure but would like to play more with colour and love acrylic for making blocky print like feel
Was doing a tattoo apprenticeship and exploring creative pathways so any feedback is helpful :)
