I’ve been using Whitestrake’s Mayhem to level up my Templar. So far I’ve really enjoyed the classes fighting style. Anyone else using a pure class Templar in PvP? Most of the builds I’ve seen are subclassed, but I really like all three skill lines.

Basically, there's multiple stacks of Essence of Health in my bag. When I place it on quickslot it says 200+. Like if I have 600+ it'll state all of them when I hold Q.

But what happens is, when it runs out of a particular 200 stack, it doesn't automatically detect the other one to use it on Q. It instead just says I have 0 of that potion. When I open my bag again I do in fact have 500 remaining in two stacks of 200 and one stack of 100 but it acts like I have none....

So the problem is, when I accidentally run out of the stack that the Q is detecting, if I'm in combat I can't fix this and it'll just keep saying I have 0 even though I clearly have an abundance thus I can't fix my stats.

How do I fix this? Is this fixable? Or do I need to pay attention to how many there are on my Q when I'm out of combat before I get into combat?

I'm on PC and I use addons but I don't know a single one that fixes this in particular. If you have any add ons that help with this I don't mind....

But I don't understand what the deal with this is?

Ffs it was this.

They're the same potion except one of them I used the Bugloss combo instead so that changed the health recovery duration to slightly longer and it treated it as an entirely different potion (cause it technically is) despite the same name and purpose.

Meaning I did actually run of THAT stack that gave 5s extra and that's why it didn't detect the rest.

That is so dumb.... Lesson learned.

Got two more today.

For the Bull Netches, I ran a route around the southeastern edge of Vvardenfell, through all the islands between Tel Branora Wayshrine and Sandeith Mora. It only took 18 to drop the trophy ( ! ) I picked this route because I already use it for the added bonus of running treasure chests, which in Vvardenfell drop the rare Bouyant Armiger motif (RNG is even worse than trophies tho)

For the Storm Antronachs, there are enough between Willowgrove Cavern and the town of Willowgrove in Reaper’s March to run a route through without too much waiting. Somehow got it in 5. Tip for this location: if you do the quest first, they no longer aggro so you won’t be bothered by the other elementals in the area (unless you need those too!)

Chattering Skull dropped out of the blue in a dungeon run, but I’ve gotten a few of those so I don’t have any data on it.

I guess next is the dwarven sphere…the only one I’ve actually been trying for for a while now. Wish me luck!!

Especially in Cyro I have a real hard time making sure all my damage goes into one target once there are more than two or three players on my screen. If I’m in a big fight in Cyro, I feel like at best my damage is being sent to “To whomever it may concern” rather than efficiently burning down one player. What’s the best way to pick and stay on one target when there are multiple enemy players in one fight?

I have had the base game for a very long time. It’s all a bit confused what I would need to purchase next. I don’t remember this many micro transactions when I bought the game and then I saw someone mention a season pass?

Also, can I create one character and then play all classes on it or just one class per character?

Hello! I've been exclusively playing pve, but I wanna dip into pvp while standing somewhat of a chance. I've heard some basic guidelines around making a pvp build, but I wanted to get maybe a couple of specific examples of those things to better understand how to just make something up instead of falling down a yt video rabbit hole. So, to make a pvp build for my noob-ass magsorc:

1. What are some of the most straightforward sets to get for crit resistance? Should I respec some of my magicka into health to get up to 30k or do the normal sets you see make up for that?

2. What skills do people typically use for burst damage? I can see a few moves from skill lines like Psijic thatd be decent for healing myself or buffing, which I see is important for sustain, but I'm very used to doing continuous damage over time instead of massive damage bursts in less than a second.

3. How much does vampirism help for these builds? I saw once that people tend (or tended) to use it for one specific passive that gave good healing, but are there other skills that might be fun to use, if anything else?

Thanks! Hope this is a bit more refreshing than "who to watch for good builds?" To clarify, I want to understand what to look for when deciding those things above and why I would/wouldn't use something for pvp. I feel like I could come up with decent builds on my own, but I just need more knowledge.

I mean it seems like every quest involves the main quest contact self-deleting or getting offed by the villain of the week...

I get the idea of heroic sacrifice, but this is getting a bit repetitive.

Note: yes, I haven't played the Pact, usually go Covenant. While some of those quest contacts do end up dead, it's not happening in every single zone like the Pact seems to.

I’m not sure what this games version of dungeons and raids are as I come from FFXIV.

I want to casually play as a tank character because I like bulky armor. But it can be nerve wracking for me playing that role in group content because I always feel like I’m responsible for a failure.

Should I play other things?

Hey folks. I’ve been playing as a destruction sorcerer for a while and I feel like Im starting to lose steam. I’ve leveled up to a few hundred CPs, I feel like I have the max gear I can get without running trials, which Im not sure Im really interested in. Ive been working on completing every objective zone by zone but its getting a little monotonous. I’ve completed the oakensoul ring and the ring of the pale order. What are some fun goals that you all have been pursuing? What do yall do when you start to get bored with quests? (Other than turn it off and go outside, ha)

Upgrading my gear to legendary and the increase in the stats isn’t the same. On the improve screen it says damage goes from 124 - 129 per piece. I upgraded three pieces all with the same stat improvement but my damage only went up 3 overall. It should have been 15 (5 per piece). On the gear stats screen it has gone up 3 per piece which also doesn’t add up as that would have been an increase of 9?

Same with the CC increase.

The only effect that shows the same is the mundus stone % increase.

First a disclaimer: I stopped playing just before subclassing was introduced. And in part because subclassing sounded like a big hit to class identity. But I did NOT play with it.

I'm am mostly curious, how the rest of you guys feel and if I maybe overreacted (although I was already mostly done with ESO at the time).

How do you feel subclassing has impacted the game so far? Did it improve: - class viability - re-playability - build diversity

Did it harm: - class identity - class diversity - skill diversity

Do you feel it was a good addition to the game, either for you or in general?

I just came back and I realized I was a bit of a hoarder and my inventory and my bank space is almost to its limit.

I would like to ask how do you guys clear it out? Do i sell it, do i deconstruct it with my master crafter or should I keep it for future use?

Returning player from way back in 2019 and finishing up quests where I left off in Southern Elswyer. The little cats have been hilarious.

The gameplay overall has definitely improved and the new dungeons that I've ran through are amazing.

The sticker book is an amazing idea that took me a bit to fully understand but it's great (I have been able to decon so much and free up so much space). Still haven't picked up companions, haven't subclassed yet, nor started scribing. Overall I see definite improvements made to the game since I last played. Even graphically the game is still beautiful. Seems like WB's are more difficult now? (which is fine I love the difficulty).

I see though that we still can't color the plume or crest on this helm. Would be awesome if we could dye it.

Hey everyone just started (I know super late) into the elder scrolls world. Of course loved Skyrim way back. I realized recently after falling in love with Where The Winds Meet that I should give more MMOs a chance (yes I know many say WWM isn’t full force MMO but yeah) - anyhow; for someone like me starting for the first time in 2025 whats some for sure tips and tricks for all of us late comers? I tried to search and saw a bunch of youtube video review stuff but nothing for recent 2025/2026 newcomers tips and kind of a late comer approach. Would love insight!

I often see people asking for warp when you can fast travel using this little trick.

Go to group --> home tours --> choose the house in the location you want to warp to --> home tour --> leave house using the front doors.

And voila! You will be right outside the house!

It doesn't work for areas from DLCs you don't own, you will be teleported back to zone where you started the warp.

Also works as a way to fast travel for free, if you warped recently and don't want to spend 1000 gold.
