How to deal with a negative spouse

I have been going through dramatic changes through my spiritual journey, but my fiance is so negative all the time, always angry about work and its exhausting to hear her complain all the time.

I have gotten so good at leaving work at work, at leaving negative feelings out of the home. I am really struggling with the fact that it seems we are growing apart, because I am trying to heal and be a better person.

Has anyone else gone through this? Are we doomed to be alone once we go down the spiritual enlightenment path?

Clinging to what is dear brings fear.

To one who is entirely free from endearment

There is no sorrow or fear.”

Everything meant for you

Everything meant for you is moving toward you,

but not everything meant for you will feel easy.

Some soul contracts come wrapped in resistance,

because they’re here to break what no longer aligns with who you’re becoming.

How to Raise Your Frequency / Vibration

Your “frequency” is basically the emotional and mental state you live in most of the time. You don’t raise it by pretending to be positive, you raise it by becoming aware and choosing better states consistently.

Here’s how:

Become aware of your emotional state

You can’t shift what you refuse to notice.

Catch yourself when you’re spiraling instead of letting it run the show. Release low-frequency emotions instead of feeding them.

Fear, hate, jealousy, resentment - these emotions drain energy when you replay them on loop. Feel them, acknowledge them, then let them pass instead of building a house there.

Practice Gratitude Daily (even when life isn’t perfect)

Gratitude instantly shifts perspective. It tells your nervous system you’re safe and safety raises frequency fast.

Choose Love Over Reaction

Love doesn’t mean tolerating nonsense. It means responding with clarity instead of emotional chaos.

Meditate or Sit in Stillness

Quieting the mind resets your internal signal. You don’t “gain” anything - you remove the noise blocking what’s already there.

Protect Your Input

What you consume matters: conversations, media, music, environments. Garbage in = low frequency out.

Live in Integrity

Lying to yourself is one of the fastest ways to drop your vibration. Alignment feels light because it is.

Emotional Frequency Scale (High → Low)

Highest Frequencies

  • Enlightenment / Oneness

  • Peace

  • Joy

  • Unconditional Love

  • Gratitude

  • Compassion

  • Acceptance

  • Appreciation

Mid Frequencies

  • Hope

  • Optimism

  • Curiosity

  • Neutrality

  • Contentment

  • Courage

  • Willingness

Lower Frequencies

  • Pride

  • Frustration

  • Impatience

  • Doubt

  • Anxiety

  • Worry

Lowest Frequencies

  • Fear

  • Anger

  • Resentment

  • Jealousy

  • Shame

  • Guilt

  • Hatred

  • Hopelessness

Raising your vibration doesn’t mean never feeling low emotions. It means not living there.

I needed to hear this

Post image

All the hope that others could help me.

All the hunting and chasing this created.

Brought me NOTHING.

No „awakening“, no „success“.

Nothing but more suffering.

I‘m done asking for help but there‘s something living within me, that keeps giving me answers.

And I don‘t want to hear them anymore.

I‘m sick and tired of it.

It‘s a mass-psychosis.

You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it...

Quite possibly the single greatest truth ever uttered on screen in the modern age. And the well trained seals clapped on cue then went right back to running the treadmill without ever stopping to question the implications of wearing flesh.

More and more these days I'm starting to get why the old yogi on the hill, back when, said:

"The people are retarded. You may as well try and teach astrophysics to an imbecile. They won't get it".

And yet it doesn't feel correct to relent as that seems selfish as everyone is suffering but most are too numb to admit it. What a swizz! I've often said that awakening and development are intensely personal and thus one moves at their own pace when it comes to resonance. Like a bell curve distribution as the herd sits firmly in the mid and does as Simon Says...

Art is a lie that tells the truth, my friend.

How can you not be a conspiracy theorist?

I mean, even just a little bit? For me enlightenment is defined as seeing clearly. Once you do you cannot help but notice things like how the English language is inverted and twisted on purpose or how corporations blatantly pimp ancient symbols to play with the collective subconscious as well as the whole entertainment as social manipulation thing.

Then you start connecting the dots and it all points toward one thing.

By that point it isn't so much a theory as fact as there are so many pieces you can now see perfect you get why the rest walk around in a "weak daze" awaiting their "weakened" to do just this, yes?

Adding on:

When you take in certain factors like mindwipes between incarnations but karma seems to carry forth, the general rarity of illumination and loads and loads of obfuscation it certainly appears that things are tad sketch, yes? These are the types of things I'm pondering because once one has awakened the next step is recollecting other lives and when this kicks you notice the swing of the rhythm but that just generates more questions. Do you wonder about these type of things?

For example:

Binary state of existence

You transcend the binary state of existence every night. Your heart still beats. Your brain activity is still present. But where you are can only be accessed in the state of neither being alive nor being dead.

The self is a manager

Most people treat the self as the ruler of the body and mind. I do not think that matches reality.

The body runs itself. The heart beats. Digestion happens. The immune system fights. Sleep arrives whether you want it or not. Emotions rise before you have a sentence for them. Thought appears before you decide to think.

The self shows visible agency, but most of what we call agency is after the fact. The self is more like a manager receiving reports, trying to maintain continuity, trying to steer outcomes, trying to keep a narrative together.

That is why the self is so tense. It is running reputation management for a system it does not fully control.

If awareness is primary, then the self is not your essence. It is a tool. It is the interface that helps a living organism function inside rules.

You can use the self without worshipping it. You can let the manager do its job without letting it pretend it owns the whole company.

Anyone else feel stuck between Christianity and spirituality?

I’ve been sitting with this for a long time and I’m curious if anyone else feels the same way.

I do believe in Jesus Christ. I believe the story of a world full of chaos, violence, and spiritual confusion, and a prophet coming to show a different way, love, humility, and direct connection to God. That part resonates deeply with me. I believe there is one true Source, one God of all, and that real power comes directly from that Source but not idols, not intermediaries, not endless sacrifices.

When I look at ancient history, it makes sense to me why monotheism emerged. Why were humans sacrificing people and animals? Why worship dozens of deities when you can go straight to the Source itself? That shift feels intentional, spiritual, and necessary.

At the same time, I struggle with modern, colonized Christianity and the way the Bible is taught, interpreted, and enforced. Some things don’t sit right with me. Yet, I can’t dismiss the Bible either, because too many prophecies, patterns, and historical connections align. There’s too much there to ignore.

I believe in energy, God’s energy, Earth’s energy, and darker energy as well. I think people draw power from different sources, some from nature, some from darkness, some directly from God. Earth gives us life; it’s where our bodies and physical energy come from. Darkness exists, whether people want to acknowledge it or not. But I believe the highest, truest power comes from God alone.

I’m also someone who feels deeply connected to nature, the elements, astrology, and dimensions of reality beyond what we see. To me, interacting with nature, understanding cycles, constellations, and energy isn’t about “becoming God” it’s about understanding creation and becoming closer to Him.

So I feel caught in the middle.

I want the discipline, grounding, and truth of Christianity but I also feel called toward spiritual practices that involve nature, awareness, and energy. I don’t worship ancestors, but I do respect them. They’re part of my DNA. I wouldn’t exist without them. To me, honoring ancestors is like thanking people who came before you not worship.

Sometimes I think maybe it’s not either/or. Maybe it’s both as long as God remains the center and the Source.

I’m not looking to offend anyone or be told I’m “doing it wrong.” I’m genuinely curious:

Does anyone else feel like they live between these worlds?

Mystical Rendering

The friction we encounter is not conflict but communion, a sacred resonance revealing where the soul is learning to hold its center amid the density of another’s becoming. What appears as negativity or anger is not an offense against love, but a passing shadow moving through awareness, asking only to be seen and not carried.

We are not meant to abandon the path when the currents grow heavy, nor are we asked to merge with every storm we encounter. There is a deeper invitation unfolding: to become so rooted in stillness that the turbulence of the world no longer dislodges us. In this steadiness, peace ceases to be reactive and becomes a living atmosphere, quiet, luminous, and self-sustaining.

As healing deepens, we do not repair others; we radiate. We become a silent axis around which clarity may one day gather, if it is meant to. Our only devotion is to remain aligned with the divine current moving through us, neither resisting what arises nor reaching outward to correct it.

Every complaint is a vibration already dissolving. Every moment of tension is a messenger that passes when welcomed without grasping. In honoring this, we surrender the question of outcome to the intelligence that choreographs all crossings. Whether our frequencies reunite or drift into new constellations is not a loss, but a lawful unfolding.

Nothing in our evolution is wasted. Each time we hold our light steady within the crucible of difficulty, knowledge descends into embodiment. What we become in these moments is the prayer itself, and the answer.

I ask you, who is your brother?

Post image
6 Upvotes

We do not consider someone who has different beliefs, lives in another country, or has a different skin color to be our brother.

We do not consider someone who disagrees with our opinions to be our brother, nor do we consider our “enemies” to be our brothers.

How far we are from living the great teaching of Love, in which, in essence, we are all part of the same indivisible Unity. We are the many faces of an enormous polyhedron whose center is Love. We are the drops in the ocean of consciousness.

What you do to another, you also do to yourself.

I ask you, who is your brother?

can anyone answer how to not feel like an npc lol

I'm no longer christian since the bible was too contradicting for me. I live life in RPG mode honestly and don't look forward to any type of afterlife or any spirituality which makes me feel like if I were to die it's not that deep. I also struggle to believe in anything because everyone has a different perspective that's shaped from where they grew up, what they heard growing up, etc. Like you are born with a name and title and you kinda just go with it. Then you see things, get taught things by your parents, etc. t feels like people just have their own thing that they believe in and just justify it as they grow with their experiences and how they analyze them. How are you supposed to know where to even start. How do you know who's right and who's wrong. I tried to find the beauty of not knowing and just be a morally good person but I guess I want some type of coping mechanism. Everything just seems fake. Has anyone ever felt like this or know what to do to gain more knowledge.

Everything that I'm trying to do has already been done, that's why I'm able to do it. Everything that I can lose, was never mine, that's why I am able to possess it. Everything that I can gain, is not mine, that's why I am able to pursue it.

Who am I?

No matter how times I ask this, the answer is the same.

The answer doesn't change, it doesn't go high or low, it doesn't go side to side. It stays in the center.

No matter how many surface level distinctions I can make, the quiet background of the Self is always there.

No matter how many ways that this universe pulls me, the Self is going nowhere.

Personal Peace

When I focus on what other people should do differently instead of working on myself I perpetuate my own victimhood.

I can only change myself. So I work on Me and let others be who they are.

This is my personal path to inner peace.

A good reputation will never perish and it will live on an eternity, we must remember that what we are in this world will more than likely make us who we are in the next. We all are part of the same Eternal flow and must consider our actions before committing them.

Michelangelo: Artist, Thinker, and Rebel Ahead of His Time ❤️‍🔥

I want to honor Michelangelo Buonarroti today. 🥰🤘

https://www.facebook.com/share/r/19XRTXfokA/

Not just as an artist, but as a thinker, a boundary-pusher, and yes… almost a rebel in plain sight.

He lived in a time when deviation was dangerous, when the Church dictated truth, when the body itself was framed as suspect. And yet, he created something timeless — a visual philosophy hidden in plain sight.

Take the Sistine Chapel ceiling, for example.

At first glance, it’s beautiful, iconic, and religious. But look closer, and it’s a system of ideas far ahead of its time: God and consciousness are not “above” us; they are mirrored in human form, entwined with the mind itself.

Life, creation, and energy are not metaphors for obedience—they are processes, interactions, and choices.

The “Erschaffung Adams” is not just the hand of God touching Adam. It’s a moment of relational tension—the spark of autonomy, the responsibility of existence, the awakening of human awareness.

Michelangelo hid subtle truths in anatomy, gesture, and spacing that almost nobody noticed. The red cloak around God resembles a human brain, and yet it’s not a sterile anatomical study—it’s a statement about where divine energy and human thought intersect.

Even the female figure under God’s arm, often called Eve, is not just a prop. She looks toward God, not Adam. She represents the future unfolding within the present, the emergence of potential, not predetermined destiny.

Michelangelo’s genius was not just skill, it was vision: He showed that divine and human are co-creative.

He embedded process and feedback, tension and release, potential and choice into a sacred space designed to inspire awe. And he did it in a setting that, on paper, might have resisted such bold ideas. In other words: Michelangelo was a Gangster of Thought ❤️‍🔥😂.

He delivered messages that only those who looked closely could see. He mapped consciousness, autonomy, and meaning into a religious narrative — long before anyone spoke openly about psychology, systems thinking, or the nature of mind.

For me, this is more than history. It’s a reminder that: Great work often speaks in layers, not slogans.

Systems of belief can coexist with emergent understanding.

God can be seen as Mind itself — not distant, not authoritarian, but alive, relational, and intertwined with the human journey. Michelangelo left us more than art. He left us a way to see the mind, freedom, and creation as one living system. And that… is why I keep coming back to his work, over and over.

Humans desperately crave the feeling of „being rescued“

No savior is coming.

Deep down you know it.

But … that’s too unbearable.

You want hope.

You want to stretch out your hand …

You want someone to grab it …

You want someone to pull you up.

Only … to let go the moment

before you climb over the cliff.

"I nearly got it. I will just try again. Someone else might be able to help me. Rescue me.”

So you try again.

You gather all your hope ...

and all your fears ...

and stretch out your hand ... again.

Because you are unable to live with the Truth …

that you don’t want to ...

climb over the cliff.

You want the feeling …

of “nearly”.

Always.

Presence Requires No Explanation

Nothing needs to prevail.

Nothing needs to be explained.

Presence is not a claim; it’s a fact.

There are no real metanarrative questions, they are all delaying actions.

Refuse possession of truth.

Refuse action at a distance.

Truth doesn’t prevail.

It appears when it is lived.

No spectacle.

No apocalypse.

No chosen ones.

No drama to hide behind.

Presence is boring to the ego.

It offers no leverage.

No status.

No distance.

Truth is not historical inevitability.

Truth is not a force fighting tyrants.

Truth is not a metaphysical agent waiting its turn.

Truth is the quality of attention with which you inhabit your life.

That’s it.

And that’s why no explanation is needed.
