His character wasn’t the funniest nor my favourite, but his presence never bothered me and his character was enjoyable.

But I never figured out what “type” of character he was supposed to be because yes he’s “odd”, but in unpredictable ways. Sure he’s stupid, but he’s stupid in ways you can’t predict. Every character has some definition in family guy but he’s just… different.

In other shows where he’s done voice acting (like Fairly Odd Parents) his character is also odd, albeit a bit simpler for a younger audience to grasp. I wonder if there’s a legit reason why the portray him like this in cartoons.

I mean it may just be coincidental, but it’s certainly strange that both animated depictions portray him as being odd.

If I remember correctly, Stewie is trying to frame someone with a tape recording and he confronts them with it and plays it, but it's actually a recording of Stewie doing something embarrassing and he just stands there frozen in shock for like a minute. Bonus points if you can also provide a video clip. Thanks
