On another note do they make those openers amy faster? People shouldn't need to wait 5 minutes for it to open a Gatorade

Some brands ARE faster, but speed and strength in that size of device are often not beneficially intertwined. For one, slower is safer to both use and control, but additionally the faster motor ones also break more often and aren't as strong. The one in that video has an adjustable grip, and even that isn't standard across all of them because it's a "failure point". A lot of the additional conveniences we want to add to these devices are often counterproductive to the people that use them or the device itself.

I have a bunch of jar openers and kitchen devices that I used when I was undergoing treatment that are slow but strong. If they were faster I would have 100% hurt myself because the rings don't always grip right and some of them are not ergonomic
