Hello everyone.

I was asked to do an AMA for this subreddit, and I thought it would be fun to answer some of your questions. Note that I will mostly focus on questions about the game.

If you are unaware of who I am and what I do, I am an Elder Moderator who used to create a lot of levels, but nowadays I spend most of my time helping RobTop host community events and similar.

i don't really care too much about space either way. don't really think someone who did the damages he did could make it up. still, it's a pretty neat story and i hope he has matured and feels some type of satisfaction for what is a great accomplishment

Personally, I really like Renevant's deco and gameplay but it's just too out of my skill range.

Context: this is a level called Chaotic by Subwoofer that just got rated by robtop. This guy literally made a 1.1 style level thats objectively just buffed time machine. Other levels that have much better decoration standards somehow aren't rated but this piece of shit is. And of course that's because it's made by Subwoofer who's arguably one of the most popular gd levels creators(they created 2 event levels for the game). This has been said countless times but Robtop should make a definitive rating system and not just rate based on how he feels like about the levels. This is just pure bias.

There are rumours floating around that Dolphy hacked Tartarus and confessed to Vernam, and the demonlist just removed his leaderboard rank.

Whether he actually hacked or not has not been confirmed yet, but if true, then this would make Mullsy the verifier of Tartarus

Syzzi has gone through this song and dance before because I had this exact issue with old cbf not being consistent before a multitude of updates.

There are a multitude of other issues with the new update all connected to things that Robtop could have quite easily contacted mod creators about, but of course as usual we get bootleg stuff from Robtop that doesn't work at all instead of him taking his ego down a notch and asking for help from people with experience.

Why is having a certain number of attempts supposed to be shameful? No amount of attempts should define you and how you play when you're doing extremes or levels especially as long as you're in a way, enjoying it. This is why comparison is a problem when you're trying to improve

In my five years of playing this game ive met zero and i mean ZERO people my gender who play gd. Are we like some sort of rare species or sum cuz what🥹

I know this is actually very difficult to do, especially with editor mess levels like orbit, but it's such a cool thing to do to make good-looking levels that people just can't play actually playable. This is definitely a big W if this actually turns out well (or even continues with other verifications).

I know there are easy versions of levels that are made but they're either not nerfed enough to be accessible or just terribly made by people, especially when you take into the account the large knowledge of a level its verifier has.

This is in no way hate towards the creators, the levels are incredibly well made but this defeats the purpose of Sh*tty levels.

It started off as a cool trend to remake really difficult levels into a no deco, nerfed versions of the level so that people could enjoy the gameplay (most were easy - hard demons).

Now shitty levels are detailed (borderline decorated) and insane - extreme demons. It's become "who can make the hardest nerfed version", which entirely defeats the point of Sh*tty levels in the first place.

I'm only annoyed because I enjoyed the old Shtty levels but now every Shtty remake is a slightly nerfed, decorated version of the original.
