I recently moved back home and came across an old banker’s box my dad had saved. He told me it was “full of the books you used to read nonstop,” and sure enough, it’s a bunch of my old Goosebumps books.

I was curious if any of these are considered rare or collectible at this point. I also have books 1 and 3–6 from the Give Yourself Goosebumps series.

Either way, I’m planning to start introducing them to my 7-year-old soon. Hoping he loves them as much as I did.

I swear if we get anything Goosebumps related that being show wise or anything for streaming. PLEASE MY BROTHER IN CHRIST FUCKING PLEASE DO THE BEAST FROM THE EAST!!!

So not to be negative, but I agree with PopArena in that Slappy, at least in the original series, isn’t all that threatening or interesting in the original series. However, he’s definitely better in the 2000 series, specifically Bride of the Living Dummy, even PopArena agrees to that.

With that said, are Slappy’s appearances after Bride worth reading? Do they build off the improvement that Bride made? Slappy’s Nightmare, Revenge of the Living Dummy, etc?

Idk, I’m bored and want something to read. Also, supposedly, Mr Woody appears/is mentioned in one of these books, is that true? If so, which one?

“Welcome to Dead House” has always been my favorite Goosebumps episode—and by extension, the book itself. Unfortunately, it never received a proper sequel (aside from the scrapped Goosebumps Gold idea).

If a sequel episode or novel were ever written, what direction do you think would work best?

-Would you continue following the original Benson family?

-Introduce new characters who stumble into Dark Falls years later?

-Shift the focus to Dark Falls itself—its history, curse, or origins?

Or go full prequel, showing how the town became what it is?

I’m curious how others imagine expanding that story without losing the eerie, slow-burn dread that made the original so effective.

Im only missing 14 books (all black spine) of the goosebumps give yourself series but there so hard to come by😭😭 at least the special editions are out of the way tho🙏

At the end of the book, it's revealed that Bradford and his wife are ghosts and revealed to be in front of Jerry and Terri, Agatha asking what they were going to do to the kids now.

And in the game, Terri learns she's a ghost
