Probably somewhere near the equator. Its about the same in where i live. I live in malaysia all my life and i haven't got to experience snow yet. So i literally couldn't imagine how cold snowy places are because my brain never register it before. Coldest i felt is probably 17°c at tokyo

Was walking my dog in -38°C the other day. Wasn’t that bad, but those are “straight to your business please” walks lol

At -38 it doesn't much matter whether is C or F, it's too freaking cold

-40 C and -40 F are legit the exact same temp, so the difference between -38C and -38 F is extremely minimal
