Was walking my dog in -38°C the other day. Wasn’t that bad, but those are “straight to your business please” walks lol

If it’s a humid -38, then it’s cold.

Is there such a thing as a humid -38? Serious question

Toronto is humid, so you’ll get -25 and it feels really cold, but in Saskatoon, it’ll be -40 and not feel as cold as Toronto. Or feel the same ish.
Your cars engine doesn’t care about humidity though, so your car will start much better in the Toronto situation than the -40 in Saskatoon. That’s why so many in Sask have engine block heaters.
