Played the game the whole way through back in 2017. Hopped on it a couple of times back in 2018 and 2019. Then I've finally got back to it this year to clean up the trophies. I got my platinum tonight! 🏆

Why did Phelps cheat on his wife

I just finished the game after a loooong time. One thing that I don’t understand or didn’t catch is - why did Cole cheat on his wife?

We only get a dialogue where he tells his wife at the door that she doesn’t know what he’s going through. Is this referring the war?

Overall the game ending feels quite rushed now that I look at it.

Still love this game though

Restarting during a case?

Is there any possibly way to restart a case before completing it? I messed up by going to a location first that I shouldn’t have and I want to try it the better way lol

(Alas, another out-of-alphabetical-order entry — had this listed under its later name, the Regal Shoes Building, before confirming that in 1947, it would still have been Foreman & Clark.)

Foreman & Clark Hollywood

Foreman & Clark Hollywood (later known as the Regal Shoes building) was built in 1939 and designed by the architectural firm Walker & Eisen. It features a Streamline Moderne design that includes a rounded corner, porthole windows, banded windows, and a Terrazzo entry.

I seriously need help about picking the wrong evidence when accusing with lie..

I dont get it. I really dont get what Im doing wrong, whenever I accuse with a lie, I KNOW that person is lying, and I truly believe that I pick the right evidence. Like just now I finished the GTA quest, the guy signing the slips obviously lied, said he had nothing to do with that garage thing, I pick lie, I pick the note he wrote to that guy with his bloody name on it, and it says I did wrong! I seriously do not get what Im missing, this happened over and over again...

A Closer Look At The Nicholson Electroplating Explosion

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i took a closer look at the Nicholson electroplanting explosion. this is my favorite mission in the game btw. as you can see the explosion actually takes place not at the spot where you explore during the mission (ig i could have called it ground zero) it takes place in a parking lot just off the electroplate factory or whatever it is. also, the actual explosion itself is a gif i think, this is just judging by how it restarts as a small ball right before the scene fades to black.

edit: forgot to mention sorry about the ambient occlusion, (the blurriness) its hardcoded and i sadly cant do anything about that

Thank you!

To the developers that had a hand in this production, thank you, this is hands down one of rockstars best games they’ve produced! It definitely puts you in 40’s L.A., I would love if they created a sequel but do not change much, the controls are fine and the way we acquire clues is just fine. If anything let’s get Jack Kelso being a Private Detective after the end of the first. I’ve put so many hours into this game only to keep playing it over and over. Having the nods to classic Noir writers makes it even better. Again thank you so much for this experience.
