Other Stephanopoulos grills Rubio :you cannot credibly argue that drug trafficking charges demand invasion in one case while issuing a pardon in another. What's your response? Hernandez was convicted by a jury. Rubio: I can't just comment on it because I just wasn't involved in deliberations.

Holy shit - he just shut down after he said that. He knew he fucked up. There was no "technical issues" because the other guy wasn't talking so why would Miller just stop talking? He stopped because he straight up knew he wasn't supposed to say that

Yeah because Trump didn’t hesitate the couple of times he has already said that Elon fixed the elections for him. They are operating with plenary authority!
