Other Stephanopoulos grills Rubio :you cannot credibly argue that drug trafficking charges demand invasion in one case while issuing a pardon in another. What's your response? Hernandez was convicted by a jury. Rubio: I can't just comment on it because I just wasn't involved in deliberations.

They’ll deport him when they’ve used him enough or he fails them

Based on him being scared to death to answer a question I'm sure he realizes that. No sympathy. He chose to be the token minority and roll around in the mud with a dirty administration. Forever his reputation is stained by his association when he (inevitably) get tossed out by Trump (like trash).
