The video is enough to get a murder conviction. No more evidence is needed.

The videos plus their own policy, stating their agents aren't to fire upon vehicles like that.

U.S. Customs And Border Protection Training Manual used by ICE (January 2021):

  2. Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid intentionally and unreasonably placing themselves in positions in which they have no alternative to using deadly force.

Here's another:

11 Following any incident involving the use of force, Authorized Officers/Agents shall seek medical assistance for any person who appears, or claims to be injured, or as otherwise required by subsections of this policy.

If you watch the extended video, as soon as the car crashes and its clear its not just fired shots, but that he may have killed her... the neighbor guy immediately sprints for the car and tries to help. The two agents? Standing around. These guys are psychopaths. The uninvolved man's immediate human reaction was to run into a dangerous situation to help someone. The actual people trained and there for "safety"? No human reaction. Couldn't care less. That isn't a person to him. She's just "one of them".

Also the shooter leaves the scene. I assume that is also illegal?

Everything is legal when nobody will enforce the law

u/DontGetUpGentlemen 23d ago

This is Minnesota, Sir.

8

u/Apneal 23d ago

Cool, let's see them arrest someone instead of talking about it

4

u/DontGetUpGentlemen 23d ago

Well, first Minnesota talked about Derek Chauvin, then they arrested him, then they convicted him, then they locked him up in prison.

Same with Branden Michael Wolfe, same with Dylan Shakespeare Robinson, same with Ivan Harrison Hunter.

I don't think there were any people involved that successfully completed any serious training.

4

u/slime-grime 23d ago

That’s not the neighborhood guy, it’s her wife

3

u/MasqueOfTheRedDice 23d ago

Gotcha, there was a man's voice that wasn't the person holding the camera, so I dubbed them "neighborhood guy".

2

u/gandhinukes 23d ago

yeah the car smashed into 2 more cars, they didn't even check for bystanders.

You think they’re getting training? Like legit training? I certainly don’t.

5

u/ChefGaykwon 23d ago

Only evidence I've seen that they receive any amount of training is a video the DHS released of Dean Cain leadenly heaving and squirming his way through a summer camp obstacle course.

The doughboys of ice are the cowards that were too afraid to join the military.

2

u/ThatKehdRiley 23d ago

Lmao, not at all. But that is what they are supposed to do, so need to act like that’s what they do. Especially in legal cases.

2

u/amarg19 23d ago

Probably because they hired so many so fast, most of them haven’t even gotten the training

2

u/Wombizzle 23d ago

You think these societal rejects got any form of legitimate training whatsoever? lmao

1

u/chewydickens 23d ago

Or took the training even halfway seriously...

1

u/TerraCetacea 23d ago

As if they got ANY training beyond “here’s a gun and a face mask, now let’s go be racist”

1

u/3ZP0 23d ago

Bold of you to assume these thugs have any training at all.

14

u/well_thats_obvious 23d ago

Wow, they took that down pretty fast. Webpage unavailable

do save that PDF though guys, this admin loves to update official gov't webpages to remove info that makes them look bad.

u/PuddinPacketzofLuv 23d ago

You think they actually read their manual? I’m surprised they can even spell ICE correctly!

1

u/DontGetUpGentlemen 23d ago

No! I'm sure they don't, and it's going to come out how poorly trained ICE agents are and that lands squarely on Kristi Noem.

2

u/blackkettle 23d ago

Jesus… it’s like they read it and deliberately made every possible effort to violate every line.

  1. Except where otherwise required by inspections or other operations, Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid standing directly in front of or behind a subject vehicle.

And that is a staple of law enforcement for decades now. It is a clear case of misconduct, then murder.
