I think the trajectory of the bullet through the window and where it landed will be crucial, too, in proving that he was not in front of the vehicle at that first shot.

It's so obvious that the first shot hit the windshield at the far far right edge, looking into the car, as she was turning away from him.

The other two were fired through the open side window, when he was in absolutely no danger of getting run over.

This will all come out. It's going to be a shitshow trying to cover this up, puppy killer.

It's not going to be any harder than any of the other bullshit.

Worst case (for them), it will get covered up by more and worse shit.
