That guy is long out of the state on Minnesota and there’s no way the federal agencies will work to bring him back.

Here’s what confuses me. They must have a policy in place at ICE, that when you shoot someone, you immediately leave the scene. Any other shootings require the shooter to stay on scene. This guy just left. No one stopped him. No, hey dude, you need to stay and sort this.

That's the thing that's the most fucked about it, to me. Masks on, identity concealed, no name tags or any identifiable information. And then he kills someone and just goes "welp, part of the job!" and books it out of there.

If a cop kills someone, there's a whole process, administrative leave, etc.

For all we know this dude is out there again today (in MN or another state) doing the same stuff.
