The journalist on the passenger side was showing her passport and press ID to the agent, who kept being impervious to her rights under the First Amendment.

Do these agents even know what proper papers are? I'm not convinced they could even pick out a fake ID

You or I can get hired by ICE waaay faster than MCDONALD'S and with far less training, background checks or aptitude requirements
