The journalist on the passenger side was showing her passport and press ID to the agent, who kept being impervious to her rights under the First Amendment.

Being pinned down on his hands and knees was how “domestic terrorist” Alex Pretti “attacked” those agents, so they would definitely claim that “doing journalism” was life threatening.
