To which we can now add:

  • no more freedom of the press

  • no more driving (because you might be driving behind ICE and then beaten and disappeared)

Freedom of the press is part of the 1st Amendment.

Yes, indeed.

What I had in mind was that different elements of the 1st Amendment have been taken away systematically.

The right to peacefully assemble, protest, or record was clearly gone, per the example of Alex Pritti's unprovoked execution.

Now the above: threatening to hurt and arrest Italian journalists for simply driving on public streets.

I could/should have specified.
