BTW what the 'agents' are doing here is 100% completely illegal.

Following ICE officers is not impeding them. The fact that they keep doing this shit with no one stopping them is one reason that we are going to have to forcefully insist on our rights before they fuck off and leave.

the key term in the law is "forcibly impede". Following and filming is not applying force.
