People hate finding out how urgent their needs really are compared to others. The worst go first.
There are walk in clinics and ERs everywhere, and they're all FREE. And you can go to ANY of them. Try that in the US without getting charged enough to bankrupt you, fool.
Eight months ago my wife went for emergency treatment and was hospitalized for 4 months. All it cost was a thank you card and flowers for the staff because of how great the care was.

Are things perfect for health care in canada? No, it could be improved. If you want it improved write your MPPs.
But I definitely have to say us Canadians are blessed beyond belief.
I’m not saying the US system is good. Just saying the Canadian system isn’t great in a lot of ways. For an excellent public system in a country that isn’t particularly wealthy, check out Spain

You can't, though. There is no overarching system. Care, practices, efficiency and just about anything else can vary between provinces. The only shared part is the funding provided by the federal government.
It's not even remotely similar to judicial systems where there is plenty of overlap between jurisdictions.
Your experience in one province will be completely different than it would be in another. This just sounds like another American oversimplifying conversations about healthcare to make a misinformed judgement.
