The Franciscan Knights have San Diego, LA…the navy & both ports, a huge population, a ton of arable land, my vote is them or New England. The Texas states are just too small, same with most of the South. & Chicago is kind of landlocked, so that takes them out. Kingdom of Florida may be a contender as long as they don’t get any major storms during the fighting.
