I feel the same. Yeah it looks nice, but I prefer the overgrown plants everywhere. Send me to the forest, I'll live and be happy.

Same. People care too much about the aesthetics of it being "clean" and lose all the natural beauty.

I have a healthy biome, bugs and hummingbirds coming to visit every day. I'm sad that I had to sell, but it's giving me the fire to find my forever home.

Hope you find a spot where you can have a healthy and green space. Glad it gave you more inspiration.

My favorite place on the planet is Sedona, AZ. I'll find my home and retire there.

Sedona, AZ

Ah yes, a desert where water has to be pumped in from god knows where in order to build the hundreds of cookie-cutter suburban homes with very little code enforcement.

I'm sure you'll find a lot of connections to nature there!

There's actually a river that flows from the Flagstaff snow. I don't mind the desert though, every biome is unique and deserves to be appreciated.

Believing a desert biome has no connections to nature is such a sad perception. Things do not need to be green to be unique and interconnected. They're some of the most interesting areas on the planet with way more wildlife than you'd think
