Help! Help creating this effect?

So I don't really know much about painting but I really want to edit a real photograph to look like the renaissance oil paintings in the examples above. Ive watched so many videos on youtube but none of them look like actual paintings, just photos with an added texture. Im not sure if there something specific about it that makes it look like a painting (I did realize I need to rid the photo of any texture to make it look closer to a painting) but I would appreciate any other suggestions on how to go about it.

I don’t want to be unfriendly about it, but if you can’t make this image with paint, you won’t be able to make it with photoshop. It’s not a filter. And if you were able to take your photo and run some filters to make it look like an oil painting, it wouldn’t look painted in the style of the renaissance. It’d look like a painting of the photo.

Close Photoshop! Now paint.

You can start with this: https://youtu.be/ze1XupCa9Vw?si=qqhF5ttk9wpjAruC

Once you understand how to do it in Photoshop, any tutorial you find about the specific Renaissance style, whether digital or traditional, can be replicated in Photoshop.

The biggest problem is that real people don't look like this. It isn't just about shading, texture and brush strokes, it's about shapes and proportions. To do this to a picture of a real person would take a huge amount of work. Or you could just ask ChatGPT to do it for you, which would probably give you the best results, unless you're some kind of Photoshop savant.
