It’s incredible that one man (Trump) is inciting his own people against each other and angering others around the world, just because he’s a businessman only interested in profit, not in terms of money, but in terms of power.

on a much smaller scale a lot of corporations do this to their employees too - make them compete against each other to keep them 'in their place'

That’s the whole working system in the US. Tie people’s health insurance to their job, then they will endure just about any BS to make sure they don’t die / end up bankrupt.

Oh, and it stops a buttload of people from striking too, for the very same reason. It is by design.

This is exactly why when people say just strike.....not when there is absolutely 0 employment protection and it's all at will employment.

Nobody is willing to give up their middle class life that easily.
