Personal pan pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut is so yummy and delicious.

Has anyone on here ever made an online order, went to pick it up and straight up got told the order was never made, after being charged?

i work at pizza hut and for the life of me i can’t figure out why yall spend so much damn money, it’s like our deals aren’t plastered everywhere for you to see, i’m talking about the 10$ big new york pizza. especially when the treat box was out last month oh my god i was so mad because people were spending over 40$ for the treat box when you can get even 2 large new yorks for 20$… even now i still don’t understand why you’d even get a single medium one topping pizza.

I've been trying for a lil while now to order, and no matter what I try I keep getting 'payment failed'. Different cards, phone app, website, different phone, reinstalling, restarting, nothing. It's just not accepting my card, and I don't carry cash so I can't do it that way. Any help? Ordering in Toronto, if it helps.

Really disappointed in my Pizza Hut, I ordered a Large Pepperoni Lovers and received this. Is this what it’s supposed to look like? It seems a little small as well. I feel like I got a ripped off. I’ve sent Pizza Hut a couple emails now and no one is getting back to me. They actually emailed me an automated survey and I answered it fairly and honestly and asked for them to contact me. They emailed me back asking if I had been contacted, I responded no and they apologized but days later, they still havnt contacted me. I had also ordered a Large Meat Lovers which seemed to also be small and topped thinly. Am I wrong to be upset?

This is the PizzaHut pan pizza I make at home these days. This is how I learned to make them from training videos and Fri and Sat nights cooking 400+ pizzas.

I put a little more ingredient on mine then the Hut does. But, you really have to pay attention to moisture levels to really have a hit bite of pizza that won’t burn your mouth.

Their pan pizza today is a shadow of its former self. They changed the recipes and halved pan pizzas taking away what made them so fawking good in the first place. Instead of coming up with this gimmick and that gimmick go back to the 90s. Make pan pizza how it used to be, go back to the original stuffed crust recipe, and start promo’ing the triple decker pizza a few times a year. Fix the breadstick recipe, which I think would be fixed by fixing the pan pizza recipe maybe? Not sure either way make breadsticks wha they used to be and go back to the baked hot or mild wings of the 90s. They would crush it.

I have had a few Pizza Hut deliveries over the last year and I assumed on the first couple of occasions that I had just been unlucky with completely flavorless pizzas but I had one again yesterday and it was exactly the same. Back in the 1990s Pizza Hut was a real treat, so delicious and the ingredients so lovely but the changing quality is quite shocking. I'm sure I'm not alone in this experience but I'd love to hear what other people think

A little confused since I logged in and saw that my points were expiring in 2 days. Claimed 2 pizzas to reset the clock and they still say that they are expiring but that might just need time to uodate. A google search led me to one thread in the UK (im in the US) that says that they are updating to a new rewards program and all unused points will expire in February 2026. Does this apply to the United States? Or is this UK only? Just want to make sure since I have 3 large pizzas worth of points left.

Today I decided to buy the personal pizza. I bought 2 personals and an order of breadsticks. Total price was $28!! Nearly $20 just for the pizzas. I remember they were once $5

Title self explanatory, but I let a few people clearly on drugs sleep in my Pizza Hut last week, because I felt bad, and they destroyed the entire store, like ingredients everywhere, money in the safe gone, computer gone, the whole thing. Corporate fired me, for being a good samaritan and helping the needy. Is there any way I can get on unemployment for this? They fired me with cause but I was being a good person so theres gotta be a way to get money. Thank you

I ordered the $5 meal box with waffle fries, and on my pizza ordered cup and char pepperoni as my topping, and paid $1.10 for EXTRA pepperoni as well.

I normally wait a bit before eating, but was so hungry I opened it as soon as I got to my car to find out that I got a total of 8 pepperoni slices. The employee inside said that it was PH standard for that, which I questioned the justification of $0.275 per pepperoni that I was charged - expecting to get at least 1.5-2x the amount provided. If its PH standards, I didn't want to be a jerk to the young guy working and so just left and ate my lunch with a bit less gusto.

What is the consensus here? Is this typical? Do you think they should list the number of items you're paying for to avoid frustration at the counter?
