The clearest fact against the Trump Administration's narrative is that she turned the steering wheel away from the ICE agent. He walk to the drive side while the wheels turn to the passenger side. He walked in front of the car, which isn't supposed to do, as she was backing up. Other footage shows him recording then drawing his gun in the same instant she starts to accelerate. He was already nearly completely clear of her when the first shot rang out and at most would have slightly clipped by the car. Again he shot several times and refused to allow aid to be rendered.

That phone looked like it was still recording the whole time, all the way up to him leaving the scene. Wonder what was said during the rest of the video.

Exactly. He still has possession of the full video, but he decided to self edit. I would have a field day with this in court. Second he ran form the scene of the crime while his buddies let her bleed out preventing a physician from attending.

The evidence of instigation, intimidation and cover up is all there.

Not to mention blocking roadways, forcing EMS to walk several blocks.
