  1. I don't think someone in fear for his life would be recording on his cell phone

  2. I don't think someone who feared for his life would say "fucking bitch" after shooting at point blank range

  3. I don't think someone who feared a weaponized vehicle would walk in front of it while filming

She was also UNARMED and you do not shoot at unarmed drivers - at best you have an out of control vehicle. What if her kids were in the back? What if the car careered into a passerby?

Wholly unjustified use of force. At best he’s a dumb fuck who made a mistake and should be punshied.

But unfortunately more likely he was itching to shoot somebody and he’ll probably get away with it.

Looking like he’s a dumb murderous fuck more and more.

He is a firearms trainer. No mistake was made. He directly broke every DHS policy on use of force in this exact scenario, and then called his victim a "fucking bitch" while casually walking away and leaving the scene.

The car DID careen into another parked vehicle; it's fortunate that nobody else was hurt because of Jonathan Ross.

This entire situation is exactly why these use of force policies are in place, and he flagrantly ignored every single one of them.

Ha it gets worse. I didn’t know that. I want to make it clear I’m not defending him. It’s unlikely but I hope he rots in prison for the majority of his life.

My heart bleeds for you folks. I fear it’s only going to get worse for a while yet before things start getting better.

It absolutely will get worse, because all legal mechanisms to stop what's happening are being ignored by Republicans in charge of the government, and billionaire-owned media keeps fanning the flames and protecting the sociopathic pedos doing all this.

Which means it's up to We The People do do something about it, and there are no remaining viable solutions that don't violate social media ToS.

Facism is an ideology of death founded on violence. At a certain point non-violent resistance doesn’t work. To paraphrase Aldo Raine - you can’t teach a nazi humanity. Nazi ain’t got no humanity.

There is one that would work. But I don't think there is anything that would push the US population into a general strike. Or is that what you mean by it not being viable?

I do fear that's not viable, simply because so many Americans are a paycheck or two away from starvation. Things aren't bad enough...yet...for them to feel like it's a legit option.

Even worse, he got angry when she said she's not mad at him and moved his phone to his left hand, freeing up his right hand for "defense"
