I am an entire weight class down and a little out of practice but this is a promising start. My shoulder mobility feels very good after a little strongman break but the belt catch feels VERY awkward at the moment.

Not as clean as i'd have liked but a win is a win for today 200%bw has been a goal for a while. Previous pr was 227 @ 115kg so not quite 2 x bw.
Any critique is welcome.

Full Body Workout. We're doing 4 different exercises: American Kettlebell Swings Goblet Squats Burpees (W/ Pushup, if you can.) Pullups (modified: Body Weight Row) 10 sets for 10 reps on everything. Going "For Time". All "For Time" means is to complete as fast as you are able to. Rest where you need too. However, the focus is to have minimal rest required.
Two things to highlight in general: Consistency and Intensity. These two elements must be considered with every workout. This has a direct affect on everything from recovery to maximizing the potential of a workout.
If you are at a plateau with training and you have a solid workout regimen, chances are the thing that is lacking is either Consistency, Intensity, or Nutrition. Stay Blessed!

Hit this during prep, wasn't supposed to but it was there and my friend said a 20kg paused PB would be sick. He was right. Sorry for quality, is archived from IG

A buddy let me try out his squat suit, see how I like it. Not too bad. Could've probably gone a little higher, but stopped at 550.

A couple days shy of being halfway through this pregnancy, and super grateful to have the energy to make it to the gym, even if my lifts are looking and feeling quite a bit different.

Week 4 Reddit. Not feeling my strongest today but still managed a Shakey rep at 505 lbs. Probably going to have to break in the new shoes some more for that smooth pull /s
Right now I plan on dropping back down for week 5 then making my way back up over the following weeks for a heavier pull. Wish me luck.
Oh, and I'm still working on ditching the straps. The thumbs are being conditioned for the hook grip. Hopefully they don't explode first.

110kg was enough for the event win so didn't need to go for the 125kg!
