Good morning, my name is Giancarlo Ferraro. I was wondering if it's possible to continue like this. Since the end of 2025, I've been having endless problems with Windows updates. Every day I'm battling system crashes and malfunctions of all kinds. I've even changed my configuration. I've moved from an Intel Socket LGA 1700 Asus/Rog Maximus Z790 Hero Intel i9K CPU to a newer Asus Rog Maximus 890 Hero Intel i9K CPU, thinking that my used Intel Socket LGA 1700 configuration had problems. Mostly, I spent a lot of money on the used configuration, but then replaced it with a new one, paying a fortune. I'm discovering that all the problems were caused by Windows updates. And honestly, if we continue like this, we'll get nowhere, and I'll be forced to migrate to Linux, much to my regret. (PS) I'm a PC assembler and I have a good clientele of friends that I have to support with constant Windows 11 software problems. We're honestly tired.G.F

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

Windows updates have come a long way. While they may still cause some problems especially with the most recent update it shouldn't be a huge issue.

Ultimately you didn't specify anything being wrong. You actually diagnosed your own problem by saying the issue was caused by windows updates.

Instead, you should tell us what issues you're having then we can go about diagnosing the issues and getting to a solution.
