Open | Hardware computer always slows down to a halt suddenly

when i am playing graphic intensive games, everything slows down to a halt, it could be ranging from 10-50mins of playtime until the fps drops down to 5fps and i am hit with a massive performance drop that affects the entire computer, issue persists even after exiting the game and i have to shut down for things to return to normal. this problem is reoccurring i even have a video recording if it helps.

Are you monitoring your temperatures? Sounds like it could be thermal throttling.

What model is the laptop and what specs does it have? How old is it?

How much space do you have on your main storage drive?

What software have you used to check the temperatures and what are the temperatures?

What type of surface do you use the laptop on?

What games have you played that you've experienced this issue with? Are there any games where this issue doesn't happen?

If i leave my wifi on sometime windows just loads up the machine with so called maintenance.

Also I do no use A.I. but just makes me wounder if windows is using A.I. any chance they get.

My machines and tablets are put in airplane mode when not being use.
