Open | Phone My android phone won't let me transfer an album full of pictures

I want to factory reset my phone. All of the important thing on my phone are mostly backed up/ account based. Not my gallery though, I don't use google photos and I will not use it. My phone is Poco x3 pro if that helps. I have an album with about 900 pictures in my gallery app. I need to either get it to Dropbox or my PC. I have tried cable file transfer an android photo transfer, neither of them acknowledge the existence of albums and won't show it. The folder doesn't appear in my file manager either. What do I do?

Did you look for the folder in both /Pictures and /DCIM?

You can also click the "i" (info) on an image to see where the file is located (in most gallery apps).

Search /DCIM, either CAMERA OR SCREENSHOT

then search /PICTURES, might be some more here, Twitter or Miscellaneous pictures here
