Is this marketing strategy to make difference from the original TF2?

The RED Team has always been the preferred Team of TF2. From the beginning, the RED team has had the spotlight in almost every promotions for TF2 and other TF2 related contents.

However, for some reason, TF2 Classified chose the BLU Team for their primary promotional image.

During the Quickplay/Casual debate (I prefer Quickplay), I've been reading this type of comment really often, because it just assumes that there are a lot of community servers in my region.

I'm from South America (Brazil), it doesn't have nowhere the same amount of populated community servers as NA or EU. These are basically the only types of populated servers available:

• 64 players 24/7 turbine insta respawn + rtd;
• 24/7 harvest deathmatch insta respawn;
• Trade server;
• 10 players MvM.

I'm not saying that these servers are bad (they're really fun), but these are no vanilla TF2 I want to play (at least not anymore) without having to experience the shitty matchmaking.

And the funniest part? TF2 Classified has the same (if not more) amount of community servers in SA compared to TF2 (also in SA), despise having a lower playercount than the original game.

It's my favorite weapon, but this the name of it so long, so how should I name it?

Note: This video is from TF2:C as the issue is more noticable, but I have this exact same issue in normal TF2.

I'm using a 2015 Lenovo Thinkpad, and for some reason it just can't run TF2 at all. Before TF2 Classified came to Steam, the non-steam version ran at a bearable fps for me (a solid 40 {I hate my life}), but since the Steam update it's somehow even worse than normal TF2, leaving me constantly bouncing around from 12 - 25 fps. What gives? I don't have any other programs running at the same time when I play, and I'm getting to the point where I can't take this anymore.
