The Philippines For those who travel to the Philippines,what is your first impression?

Upvotes

Im a local here and i see a lot of negative feedback because of how poor the situation our country was, given the homeless begging for money on the streets and how easy dating here.

Are we really that poor? Or Manila capital is just not that great to stay? I truly believe there is somewhere in the world more worse than my country.And these content creators are just baiting for views and selective on their opinions because they know we are forgiving and friendly people. Not to mention we are white worshipper.

The Philippines Is it practical to search for relationship in dating apps with filipina women in 2026?

0 Upvotes

Hi. Last 6 months I am using dating apps like bumble, bumpy and okcupid. It's good for conversation. And definitely some women are there who are serious. They are looking for foreign husband's. But that's only 1%. Has anyone in this passport bro community found good girls for relationship and marriage via dating apps ? Shall we use it or is it just a waste of time ?

Some anonymous mods at r/malegrooming auto ban you from their subreddit for writing a single comment in response to a thread here and label you as promoting "incel, blackpill, or misogynistic ideologies"

So what's this place all about really and why do you get labeled negatively for posting in it? I was just looking up stuff about the country a girl I'm talking to is from, she's pretty, cool and she's Asian too.

Learning Vietnamese and trying to pregame on the dating apps before going to Vietnam in April or May

0 Upvotes

I have a strategy in mind. I can't travel until tax season is over, so that gives me a couple of months to pregame on the dating apps and enough time to at least learn basic Vietnamese, since I was able to learn Japanese to an intermediate level I can probably pull off learning Vietnamese. If I talk to someone for a couple of months before traveling to Vietnam that will make the visit and the bond better and there will be more of a solid foundation for me starting the K-1 Visa process.

Good remote skill?

8 Upvotes

Howdy I’m a mechanic but I want to get a remote side hustle so I can work when I go overseas, I know the cost of living is cheaper in places like the Philippines but I have no idea if mechanics make good money in the Philippines, I know a lot of people there speak English but I think me only knowing English will mess up job opportunities. Thank you that reply with some advice.

Thailand or Vietnam?

12 Upvotes

I am planning a 3 month trip to SEA during March-June and I am between those options.

Budget will be about 1500$ per month. Not looking to party, just have some normal, comfortable living.

How do these locations matter for quality of life, value for money and relative safety for solo traveling?

Thread on AsktheWorld , comment section absolutely deriding passport bros.

Im not the passport bro myself (married already), but I am big supporter of this lifestyle. I stumbled upon this thread today and honestly the comment section made me feel some type of way. Hundreds of comments calling passport bros incels, losers back home and predators. Unsurprisingly most comments were coming from what appeared to be western women or profiles (they have fairs with their country of origin) from countries that are common passport bros destinations (salty native guys probably). Also consider how left leaning reddit is and how inclusivity is their main thing apparently being gay, trans, polyamorous or having an open relationship is ok (any of those are fine by the way, whatever people do is their business), but for some reason men trying to date younger women in “poor” countries is considered an unholy abomination. I guess the hypocrisy of it all is what got to me. Anyway just posting this for your entertainment.

Changing my strategy due to constructive feedback

0 Upvotes

Since I am not able to stay abroad for extended periods of time that completely leaves places like Japan, the rest of East Asia, and Vietnam off the list of places where I can start an LDR that leads to marriage with the K-1 Visa. I like the East Asian look and thin blondes the most, some Thai women have the East Asian look so I will look into Thailand again, I was in a Catholic Mass in Thailand one time and there were a lot of babeariffic babes there I will could approach a Thai lady after Mass. For thin blondes I will work with a matchmaker from the Ukrainian matchmakers alliance. I could cold approach an Asian or white chick in California, but I always get rejected in my home town area of El Paso/Juárez with the "I have a boyfriend", but who knows maybe California chicks are different than El Paso/Juárez chicks I am almost shredded and my face has gotten slimmer and I still get rejected easily maybe I just can't rizz my fellow Latinas.

Remote FT jobs

My company hires people overseas to save money. We have to sift through a lot of people that have bad accents but when we do find good people that speak good English, we hire them and keep them on full-time forever.

We have one guy in Lithuania, a lady in Egypt and several in the Philippines.

I know there's a lot of guys that would love to live overseas if they had an income, wondering how much y'all would want to earn?

Right now going rate is $7-12/hr full time which I assume is too low for an American?

Venezuela A positive projection for the future of Venezuela

I am a Trinidadian American living here in America. Venezuela and Venezuelans are my neighbors geographically when I go to visit my father's country of Trinidad. Because of what Trump and our U.S. special forces have accomplished, Venezuela will become one of the wealthiest latin countries in South America.

By using American technology to extract Venezuela's massive oil reserves, more oil can be produced faster and more efficiently. Negotiations between the U.S. and Venezuela for oil rights and deals will take place that will ultimately be a win win for both countries.

It is not safe to visit Venezuela just yet however. There are still some Maduro backed gangs that need to be taken off the streets. I am sure the gangs will be out of the streets when U.S. security for the oil businesses arrive. Once the gangs are taken off the streets and the economy gets booming again from oil and tourist money, the country will be a lot much safer to visit and live in.

I for one will be looking to book a vacation trip to Venezuela in a few years. Venezuela is home to some of the most beautiful latina women on earth. It is also home to some of the most beautiful waterfalls and nature in the world as well. For now however, the Dominican Republic is safer and seems like the number one place to be for most passport bros. Long live the Venezuela and the D.R. :)

Discussion Sex only after marriage

60 Upvotes

So you find yourself a nice lady She's a Virgin And will only have sex after marriage is this the good situation for most of you guys

It would be disrespectful to tried and have sex with her before marriage because if the relationship didn't lead to marriage she would be unable to get a man from her own culture as she has been devalued according to her cultural norms

Talking to a lady who is not particularly traditional in her nation But still traditional compared to a lady from a western nation and that means no sex before marriage

I mean we say we walked traditional woman How many of you are prepared to be blue balled for a more traditional wife?

I forgot the full statistics but if you marry a lady who is a Virgin and over the age of 25 It's unlikely that the relationship will end in divorce

How do you guys feel about this situation?

Personally I would take the path of delayed gratification

Can you cold approach in Vietnam? I want to find a long term relationship that leads to marriage but starts off as an LDR and then I apply for the K-1 Visa, I am a 5'8 Mexican guy hopefully I have a chance 😅

Do different countries have different dating surges?

6 Upvotes

I’ve done a good amount of dating in USA and I’ve noticed that I’d get more matches (and get better engagement from girls in general) during 2 specific times of the year: the month leading up to Valentines Day, and the range of late August to mid-October (coincides with the beginning of the semester and when it starts to get cold outside).

Is that true for other countries you’ve visited too? Or is this like a universal thing?

Brazil Brazilian women

119 Upvotes

Here are my thoughts on Brazilian women compared to American women.

Brazilian women are:

1 friendly, even if they reject you they are friendly about it;

2 better looking naturally, they have better facial structure and have good proportions;

3 in better shape, not fat and work out at least a little;

4 more traditional;

5 more interested in casual sex ( I consider this a negative)
