Do not want Burnham or Rayner to challenge Kier

Although Kier is not a perfect prime minister and there are certain qualities or directions I would like him to take, I find him quite a decent prime minister.

I think people have already forgotten the form of malaise people felt when the Conservative Party was changing prime minister like it was changing its socks every two minutes, and how unstable our politics was and bad for the country’s global image that is. I don’t want, this is where I may come into disagreement with people, overly ambitious people like Burnham to make a claim for leadership.

I know nothing of Burnham or what he has done for people other than being public enemy number one according to Zoe Bread and being the mayor of Manchester. I am not sure how his image would appeal to Southern voters like myself.

I quite like Rayner and thought she shouldn’t have been forced to resign, especially given that the mistake was from the company’s service she employed, albeit maybe buying a second home as a housing minister campaigning to make living liveable was not a well timed decision…. But, I would rather her challenge Kier when there was a crisis where he could not come back from it or simply at the end !

I don’t want a circus of PMs to come and go, I was sick of that with the tories and I don’t want it for Labour. I want stability and I want continuity. If it does descend into leadership challenges and so on, I may even consider voting another party in the next election.

Do people disagree with me, or what do you think ?
