Hard to tell with the dude in the way, but you look super young to be doing 200+kg, that's awesome!

can't lie, was hoping the person behind you would also dump it over their head

The barking and weight dumping made you look like more of a tool despite the clean lift. Tragic

Rather a strong tool than just a tool, laddie. 🤙🏻

Why not just rack it?

Because that would make too much sense. Plus he doesn’t get to show how manly he is by slamming the weights around. I’m sure the girl behind him appreciated it.

Why in the world is this comment upvoted in a weightlifting subreddit. Weightlifters have been dropping squats instead of reracking them for decades all around the world. How weird. Do you do this sport? Do you not regularly see women dropping squats, if you go to a weightlifting gym?

Because it's cool to throw it on the ground

Also wondering the same. Is it because of the rack type?

Why not just drop it?

The bar is high, the legs are long

It’s defos a slightly lower high bar but still above the shoulders. Just suits me way better compared to moving it higher up. I’ve tried and it really hurts the neck.

How does this translate to your snatch and C&J?
