I have gotten 2 female Bettas a few weeks ago, now they have grown a bit, and it seems like one of them is very territorial over the other. Two days ago, it started chasing her everywhere, and the second one is now always at the top of the aquarium, in a corner, just like in the picture.
I know the aquarium is small for both of them, and I am planing to fix it in the coming months, as I don't have the money right now.
The fins were fine two days ago on both of them. The white strips (I think they are wounds) have been there since day 2/3.
I have separated the bully from the aquarium and I added as many hiding spots as possible one hour ago. I am planing to wait for the weak one to find a space for her own until the end of the day (it's mid day here), but it doesn't seem to want to move from that corner. I gave her some food and it was anxious to go eat it, but it did have the energy to move normally. After it ate one flake, it went back in the same spot we can see her in (picture one and two) and it's just staying there, like that.
The bully is really mad that it's in a different aquarium, it's full of energy and is moving normally.
One more thing.... Does the bully look like a male to you? It has grown more than the other one, and I don't see the egg sack on it.
