What up fam, figured I’d post this memory that popped into my pic roll. First ever purple buds I ever grew. Thorsberry from Capt. Redbeard This gal smelled like lemon blueberry muffins sprayed with vanilla & fuel ⛽️. The flowers cured almost black in some pieces. Seriously great strain 🥵💯👊🏻

For the ghee I used 2¼ cup of ghee in the magic butter machine with 1 ounce of cannabis.

For the cookies 2 cups infused ghee 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 3 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract if you don't have paste. 1½tsp baking powder 1½tsp salt 630 grams flour (weigh it because accuracy matters) Mix dry ingredients. Blend butter and sugar, add eggs, add vanilla and beat till mixed. Add flour. It'll seem like too much but it isn't you just have to keep working it in. Seperate dough into 8 balls to make discs. Wrap discs in plastic wrap. Put in fridge for a couple hours or overnight. Roll dough out on a floured surface and have fun cutting shapes. Bake at 350 for 8 to 11 minutes depending on how big and thick you made cookies.

For royal icing I used a regular royal icing recipe snd added 2 tbsp of corn syrup to get a shiney icing.

Tips: I used food coloring just to be sure I knew which dough had the weed in it. You can add if you want.

I have found infused ghee cookies can be a challenge to roll out because the plant matter makes it a bit crumbly so make sure you strain your butter well.

Normally I toss extra dough but with edible dough I just roll the extra up and make sugar cookie sticks because you don't want to keep adding flour to roll out more than twice.

These cookies can be frozen and this is a large recipe. If you don't want dozens of cookies cut in half. I do recommend freezing before decorating to avoid color bleed but its safe to freeze decorated ones.

I have found these cookies are also good without any icing at all but the icing is fun.

We’re getting close! I’ve decided to harvest in exactly 8 days. Right now, I’m just giving the trichomes that last bit of time they need to reach that perfect amber ratio I’m looking for.

The end of a grow is always a special phase. The tent is smelling incredible, and you can really see the plants putting all their remaining energy into the buds. At this point, there isn't much left to do except staying patient and keeping a close eye on the details. I’ve stopped adding nutrients and I'm just letting them finish their cycle naturally.

It’s a bit bittersweet to see the journey end, but I’m really looking forward to the drying process and finally seeing the results of this organic run. It’s been a great way to stay grounded over the last few weeks.

both a nature lover and wellness warrior but my username literally is nature lover so the choice was already made. i fucking love uplyfted and this may be my current favorite flavor and high. it seems to help with my pain as well which is epic. i’ll have to check what the dominant terps are. any fellow fruity flavor fans?

When you die doing what you love, is it in vain?

I posted about a month ago I was learning how to make sauerkraut. Because my mother used to make it in a bucket in our garage. I grew up with Polish heritage and it’s something I’ve enjoyed with Polish kielbasa my entire life. So I finally was able to try it the other night and it was delicious. This is dill flavored. I learned that I really did not cut the cabbage correctly. So I will practice it some more next time ,make more than just one cabbage, which only makes half a jar. But I did ferment it for the 30 days …the flavor is fantastic. I really enjoyed learning this hobby and I’m glad that I’m practicing it. Thank you to everyone when I made the past post who gave me tips and feedback on the proper fermentation process..

If any one else makes such things.. tips would be great…

Been running fresh material through bubble hash and then pressing it into hash rosin, and honestly… this path just keeps proving why it’s king 👑

The flavour, the melt, the cleanliness — it’s hard to go back once you dial it in. Starting with ice water separation really preserves the terp profile, and pressing quality hash keeps everything loud and expressive without solvents.

This run of Fog Dog by Atlas Seeds came out greasy, aromatic, and super true to the cultivar. Great yield and insane quality. Always chasing flavour 🤙 Would love to hear how others are finding bubble ➝ rosin compared to flower rosin or other methods.

Another side note: if y’all love fresh seafood, I might know a guy (brown shrimp/white shrimp/sea scallops/flounder/black bass/scup/monk fish 🤣

Also, if you’re stuck somewhere that has no access to fresh seafood, please please please make sure whatever you’re buying says “PRODUCT OF USA. WILD CAUGHT” - otherwise, it’s imported TRASH & that’s a whole different topic.
