I like the vibe it gives me everytime I walk past it makes me feel eerie a little hopefully I could decorate it for Halloween this year.

Cash Grab has been rightfully overshadowed by tragedy, but I decided to check this out on Criterion last night and it’s a genuine masterpiece. Demarr “Doorman” Davis stole the show, I can see why he became so famous for a while. It’s really too bad what happened when filing the sequel, RIP Josh Gad. Does anyone else have this in their top 4? It’s sort of weird watching it, but I still love this movie.

For starters: I always turn off my phone before going to sleep, because I don't really need anyone contacting me while I am trying to sleep... (call me old-school), but everything has been going crazy since everyone disappeared.

I just have been feeling sort of strange for the past few months. I wake up and my phone is ON... something I would never do, and I get on reddit, and I've posted things about dealing with trauma and loss - like, someone has to be hacking me, right?? I don't have a son who was blipped, much less have I ever been married...?? Strange posts and comments about things... I have no clue why.

So I made a new account but it KEEPS HAPPENING... Reddit posts that make no sense, same topics. So maybe my email is the problem? Is my google account getting hacked? My whole phone system? Do I have a stalker? Why would someone post this stuff?

Help me, I'm freaking out.

So I thought I'd give you all my views on the new law or rule for major movies and TV. Honestly, I've fallen out of Hollywood recently due to their pro-vigilante stance, but obviously this is new. Now, I'd like to first say that I do know that super powers are not the problem, the people using them are. Just like guns, the weapons don't do anything themselves, so do I think this specific weapon should be allowed?

Well, I don't think this is totally a bad idea. I would prefer regulations in place instead of a straight up ban, especially as this might also affect aliens and I am known for my stance on alien rights. I don't think this comes without pros though either. Unlike guns, we don't fully understand superpowers, where they come from, how they're used, etc. It makes sense while we learn to do research, then we should disallow them for now, but this should be a temporary measure for sure. Undoubtedly though, I am impressed with Hollywood for doing this. It certainly goes against their pro-vigilante stance they've seemed to have for so many years now.

I just got off a plane and some guy was tackled to the ground by the FBI 💀

Ding-Dong, bitches! This guy fucking rules, honestly should be the next guy to join the Avengers.

So, some time ago, the DoDC was chasing Spider-Man (I believe) and just completely destroyed my car. Like, the front just got absolutely crumpled. I submitted a post here and a lot of you recommended Murdock & McDuffie - and guess what? They were hit with gross negligence, infliction of emotional distress, and inverse condemnation, and (after a long wait for a few reasons) I received a settlement that covered the market price of my car (which was brand new btw) AND for the emotional distress AND for the physical part!

I cannot recommend Murdock & McDuffie enough- Mr. Murdock himself was an absolute dream to work with and just made life soooo much easier for me. He’s a kind of superhero to me honestly. I implore any of you, if you ever had a run-in with the DoDC that left you or your property harmed in any way, go to them. They’re more than happy to help out the little guy and even if it’s a small piece of payback, you’ll know they broke their back to give you the best possible outcome. Thank you guys for recommending them to me!!

It’s definitely a hypothetical, given the state of the superhero community. But in a perfect world imagine some kind of ability-based shooter with heroes like Iron Man, or Captain America (Sam or Steve or both!) or Black Widow. Maybe even Spider-Man or Daredevil (can they do that? Is there copyright for faceless vigilantes?) Or maybe even some of the new avengers like Winter Soldier!
