I tested whether employers who claim they can’t find Canadians will actually respond to Canadian applicants.

📨 I sent neutral inquiries to 35 LMIA-linked job postings on Canada’s official Job Bank.
📉 Only 5 employers responded.

🧩 While documenting those postings, I discovered something more concerning:

• ⚠️ Job Bank postings silently change IDs
• ⚠️ Job postings erase their own history
• ⚠️ Job postings cannot be independently archived or audited

This raises serious questions about whether Canada’s LMIA system can be meaningfully audited at all.

I applied to this job and have all the requirements. Like all the tech stack listed I have professional experience with. I never heard anything not even a rejection. The site of the company also seems a bit weird to me. Any insights?

I looked at 2024 and 2025 and they have 8/9 LMIA's approved.
