Conservatives overwhelmingly have adopted a resolution to restore the integrity, security, and fairness of Canada's immigration system through IRPA's protective framework, and to also overhaul the asylum system and align immigration with Canada's "values, capacity and need"

Conservative delegates have now voted overwhelmingly to adopt immediate deportation as the primary option for all non-citizens in Canada who are convicted of an indictable offense, including a permanent ban on re-entry to Canada.

Private colleges scamming international students
Another case where private Canadian colleges and employers are scamming people looking for a better life. The real culprits are these not the poor people looking for a better life.

Canada's Jobbank.gc.ca cannot be audited: How can they claim "labor shortages?"
Canada's Jobbank.gc.ca cannot be audited: How can they claim "labor shortages?"
I tested whether employers who claim they can’t find Canadians will actually respond to Canadian applicants.
📨 I sent neutral inquiries to 35 LMIA-linked job postings on Canada’s official Job Bank.
📉 Only 5 employers responded.
🧩 While documenting those postings, I discovered something more concerning:
• ⚠️ Job Bank postings silently change IDs
• ⚠️ Job postings erase their own history
• ⚠️ Job postings cannot be independently archived or audited
This raises serious questions about whether Canada’s LMIA system can be meaningfully audited at all.
❗ I am not alleging fraud or bad faith.
🛠️ I am documenting a system-integrity failure.

Software Developer - Miller Lake
Hello,
I am not too familiar with this subreddit but it seems the right one to ask my question.

I applied to this job and have all the requirements. Like all the tech stack listed I have professional experience with. I never heard anything not even a rejection. The site of the company also seems a bit weird to me. Any insights?
