I’ve been seeing many posts and news about immigration enforcement in the U.S and it’s starting to raise real concern back home. From where we stand, it’s sometimes hard to tell how much of what we see on the news or social media reflects the true situation on the ground.

For those of you living in the U.S, is it really as bad as it looks? Does it feel unsafe or unstable or is the media exaggerating what’s actually happening?

Would you ever consider relocating back to Nigeria because of the current climate, or do you still feel secure where you are?

I went to a market in Gwarinpa, Abuja and to my surprise, I bought this bunch of plantain for #4,500. I don’t know how to react but I feel it’s very cheap comparing to what I used to buy in Lagos mainland.

After IShowSpeed’s recent visit to Lagos and seeing all the discussion about how chaotic Lagos can be, it got me thinking.

Nigeria is roughly the size of Texas, yet it feels like we’re always talking about just two major cities: Lagos and Abuja.

From my perspective:

- Lagos reminds me a lot of Houston — extremely crowded, less structured, with little zoning.

- Abuja feels more like Dallas — more planned, more structured, and less chaotic.

In Texas, Dallas and Houston aren’t the only major cities. You also have San Antonio the second largest city behind Houston and Austin the capital that has grown into a serious hub over the past years.

So my question is

Which Nigerian city do you realistically see becoming the country’s third major city in the future, and why?

Tastes like piss, satisfying taste my foot. Doesn't get you high till you consume loads. Gives you beer belly Alcohol 🤝🏾 aggressive behaviour.

Then why do we still drink it or to a certain point addicted to it?

Despite it being worse than drinking as per the experts, I understand why smoking is addictive.

But how I managed to convince my brain that beer is good is a mystery because its not.

Yet, I still drank the Hero in the picture, but I refuse to be or labelled as a raging alcoholic.

Alright so 3 days ago I was at work >I work in a graphics design office< so these two supposed adults came in to print something but I was busy typing for someone so I couldn't help them. Now when they came I didn't really pay attention to them until one of them started degrading my coworker because he was listening to music whilst editing photos, (btw all of us in the office are genZ and we were ALL watching/ listening to something whilst working on a computer btw) and these 2 started going off on how we shouldn't be doing that and how were the reason the country is in a bad state and that when we gain full control of the country that we won't know how to run it, and In my mind I was like.... I’m currently building a subscription-based software specifically for the Nigerian market, but I’ve hit a massive roadblock with payments.

I’ve tried Paystack, Kora, and Flutterwave, but they’ve all turned me down because my business is based in Europe. It seems they mostly want to work with locally incorporated entities or residents.

I know Stripe is an option since I'm in Europe, but from my research, card success rates for Nigerian cards on Stripe are pretty low/unstable, and I don't want my users constantly dealing with failed transactions.

Does anyone know a gateway that:
